We ordered take out for a work lunch at this location. We ordered a burger with fries and NO Mayo on burger, along with a chicken quesadilla and sweet potato fries. We received a half box full of fries, a burger with twice the amount of Mayo on it. we called and the girl on the phone didn't even apologize or offer a new replacement and hung up the phone. Chicken quesadilla was good but still a half a box of fries that were soggy. Will not be ordering from here again. Its a different story to go in and eat and make sure your meal is right but the fact we had to drive pick it up and get back to work to only find the order was wrong. Not happy. terrible customer service. Had it been rectified over the phone this review wouldn't even happen.
We went there on a busy Friday evening, and I was pleasantly surprised with the food and service. The waitress was very kind and thoughtful, and the food was great! Everything except my husbands chicken wings that tasted like it had no seasoning to the batter, so that's one thing that can be improved.
ordered their takeout loaded fries. what is this. they smelt like plastic. these ain’t loaded fries they're loading fries.
My hubby and I both had the mushroom melt burger(gluten free bun which was really good) and I had sweet potato fries and he had regular fries. The service was great. Atmosphere good, restaurant clean.
The service is absolutely wonderful, even when it’s busy. They have a great kids menu! We love the nachos as an appetizer for all. The food was delicious, and plated nicely. The cocktails are really good! The place is clean and decorated. I’ve dined in a couple of times in the booths, it’s great for a casual date, and even more amazing for a family outing as well. The dessert was wonderful. I’ve recommended Kelsey’s before and will continue to come here, feels like a comfort place!The photos were taken after a few bites, just smelled too good!!
Excellent service! Very welcoming staff!Came for lunch - my friend had the Nashville Chicken Sandwich and it was awesome! I had the Chicken Caesar Salad and it could of been better.Caesars were very good.Overall - recommend eating here.
Great place to enjoy with friends or family. My coworkers go there after a good week and we have made good friends with the staff and the atmosphere is light. The nachos and wings are very good as well!
Great food. Great service.It was very noisy as there was a large group for a hockey tournament in town.All restaurants in barrie were affected.We left another one with getting g a table as it was really loud. Overall a good restaurant.
Generous 3We came on Friday night, I took a peak at the upper bar and noticed 2 booths were available.When the hostess came over I asked for a booth at the bar, she glanced quickly over her shoulder and said sorry they’re all full .HUH ??I said but there’s 2 of them open, she said Oh and brought us up there.Not sure why she lied.. or she just pretended to look.I would have given 5 stars because the food was good and so was our waitress, but your young staff at the front need some work ..
