Breakfast/ Brunch is my favourite meal of the day. I can eat pancakes and eggs anytime.Jacks is always a good experience.Portions are hefty and service is friendly.I usually call ahead to see how long the wait is. They are busy. A good sign thé food is good and fresh!Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed
This was my first time ordering from here. I usually go to hot stacks as their food never disappoints. However, I wanted to try something new that was closer to my work. I ordered the veggie skillet for take out. I asked for my home fries well done/ extra crispy. Unfortunately when I opened the meal the home fries were less than cooked, they were just boiled potatoes.I was really looking forward to the skillet and was extremely disappointed. The peppers and onions lacked flavour/ seasoning and the large slices of tomato in it made it extremely soggy.The waitress I spoke with on the phone was very nice when I ordered 5 stars for her service.
Nicole, our server, was very helpful in suggesting delicious items, the servers offered coffee and water refills very regularly and were all friendly! But make sure you are hungry before you enter as the portions are huge and cheap!! The strawberry cheesecake pancakes are fabulous as had the cinnamon apple strudel pancakes that my husband had!!

Came by for a quick lunch while waiting for the car to be serviced. The food was delicious and the portion size was very good. Good service and clean place. Will come by again to try more food on the menu for sure!
Excellent place, the ratings didn't disappoint. The portions were generous and the waitress was very helpful. The order didn't take long at all to arrive and it tasted delicious. We were too filled to try the pancakes, but we know where to come back for a serving or two...
We were heading north, so I googled Best Breakfast in Barrie! And it certainly did not disappoint.

If there were 10 stars I would give it.Waited a bit to be seated, which is a sign of the high demand, but it was worth it. Delicious breakfast. Yummy!Variety in the menu, fresh and well prepared.Friendly staff. Go to Jack's Pancake Factory...the BEST breakfast in town! A mustfor any tourists and travellers and Note to Jack, we will definitely be back!
