Great food, we ordered garlic bread with cheese, nachos and chicken wings, I have to say the nachos are the best I have had in awhile, layered with cheese it's delicious! Chicken wings were also the best. Our server Tristan was very friendly, customer service skills were awesome, prices were thank you, and I will definitely will be returning.
was here past Saturday (July 2) surprised how quiet it was, maybe long weekend and it was nice not having to wait for seating. This place is always great when you need a place to hang out with friends for dinner, dinks, dessert or all of it.Nacho average night but order was still quick, fun atmosphere, friendly waiter-bartender (one dude that ran the show).Only wish they'd give enough dips to eat chips withOf course gotto take a lolli when coming and going ?
Amazing experience!! The food was fantastic, our waiter Gabe was fantastic and made great recommendations and provided the best service we have had! We will definitely be going back.
Nice ambience inside & out but can get a bit noisy when full. Staff were pleasant and very attentive. It is really just fast food at double the price. Pub style.Not terrible but for the prices, I prefer take out or home dining.
My wife and I went there for lunch because we had a gift card and we where in Barrie so decided to give it a try. We came out of there delighted with the food and the amazing service. Tristan made us feel special. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. We will be going back the next time we are in Barrie.
Christine is amazing!! She went above and beyond and she takes the time to get to know her guests. She remembered us from a previous visit and was so great with my kids. There were a few hiccups with the food, but 5 stars because Christine was quick to address concerns and as I said, she went above and beyond. We will ask for her every time. Christine, thank you for all you did for us. Great service like that is rare these days. I hope head office does something special to recognize you. You are an asset to that location.
The server actually brought and made us pay the bill while we were still eating (mid-meal, not even close to done) even though she was not leaving her shift and the restaurant was not busy. She was not attentive for anything except getting paid. Food was good and the guys at the front who greeted us and showed us to our seats were also great. Meghan (server) however needs some re-training.
Food was great, as always. Restaurant was typical atmosphere for dinner time, not too busy but not completely quiet either. Service was….meh. Our waitress Kiera was great when she first got to our table, but was pretty mediocre after that. Servers were all paying too much attention to a table of boys that appeared to be their coworkers. At one point Kiera walked up to our table with the debit machine and then got distracted by something and walked away. We eventually had to pay online via the Inspired Rewards app. I also mentioned with my reservation that we were there for a birthday, which no one mentioned while we were there. I would return but hoping to get better, more attentive service next time.
If you going to this location don’t think you will get table as per your wish.No doubt this place is one of the good bar in Barrie, but customer service is not even 2 stars.I am regular customer. I went there last night with my friends and we wanted to sit at the bar side, there were 4 tables unoccupied totally empty still the attendant was saying we don’t have any waiters for this tables. We were trying to convince here please give us the bar side table at the end we have to go to the another bar. Girl she was on her attitude to not provide table in the bar side.I don’t understand if they don’t have waitresses for the tables why they are open for the dining. I don’t think so we will go back to this place again. It was very disappointed.
This location is by far the best!We walked in for a late lunch a group of 4 adults and 4 children. We did have to wait about 15 minutes for a table but it was worth the wait! Our server was Tristan and from start to finish he was phenomenal! He was friendly and took time to answer our questions regarding the menu. We didn't even have to ask for refills because he was on point! The food was delicious! I ordered the bow tie pasta and Tristan recommended I add the mushrooms and bacon and it was so good. I also had the Appetizers he recommended and I ended up ordering it again! Lol! And took it home. It was so good and compliment my pasta! The rest of the staff were friendly and also helped in bringing our food all at the same time.First time at this location and we will definitely be back! Thank you.
