Horrid service the workers were acting insulted that someone dared to show up three hours before close on a Wednesday. Purely lazy crew beyond what’s acceptable since the pandemic
Neat and clean store as well as the washrooms.The food specially the chicken burgers are very tasty and the way they are made is awesome. Their poutines and shakes are delicious. Highly recommended place.
Staff were rude. Cashier was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing when having to wait to take our order. Food was hot though so that was a plus.
I was sure I ordered onionrings instead of fries. They would not take them back or just exchange them like McDonalds does. Very disappointed. Would not have cost as much as the negative impact.
Quick service as usual. My Angus burger and onion rings hit the spot. My onion rings were cold by the time I got home which was too bad. These are the times of lockdown and restaurants closed for dining. Tried the Carmel shake...too sugary for me but lot of flavor. Just personal taste.

They make you pay extra if you want more than dipping sauce. It's a bit strange paying for a meal, and not being able to get an extra sauce packet.
Ordered via Uber. Buffalo Chicken Burger was delicious. Fries arrived dehydrated and shrinking inside because they were old. Harvey's, this costs customers a lot of cash, please be considerate of this when fulfilling our orders. Uber refunds money for bad food items so there wasn't too much of a problem on my part, but I'm sure the restaurant owner won't be happy to know their employees cost them nearly $20 because they couldn't give us fresh fries. Plus I won't be visiting again any time soon. Guys you really blew it with this customer.
They were very busy. Other times it is not the best quality of the food. But tonight was better.
A&W have some pretty amazing chicken strips and I have Harvey's to thank since I had to find an alternative to having my food and money wasted by Harveys employees. It's not hard to roll up peoples food without out ruining it. Is there a reason the staff crushes food? This has happened the last two times I visited Harveys at two different locations (both Barrie). Contacted head office so that they may train their staff properly, no one has gotten back to me in a month. Adios Harveys.
