These are the 2 burgers they sent me! Nothing on it. Try to get someone on the phone, they don’t even answer! Never again will I spend a dollar at harvey’s . I have a one start cause that’s the lowest I could go
Went for breakfast and it definitely is not like it use to be, got 2 breakfast wrap combos with baconThere was hardly anything on it. The coffees tasted like it was made the night before. Definitely wakes you up. I suggest you stick to burgers . Won't be back
I spent a fantastic lunch at Harvey's on Bayfield st. The employee at the cash was so friendly and polite. She made my whole day. Thank you Harvey's for having amazing staff, apparently she has been with the company for 10 years and hopefully another 10 years to come.Thank you
I went to Harvey’s today and ordered veggie burger combo. I told the person taking order that I want fresh burger. Though he gave me double cooked burger which was already on grill. And for the pop drink he gave me empty glass which I need to fill from the dispensing machine which was not properly working. Totally disappointed.
Placed an order at night worth around 21 dollars. Received ice cold food. The bread was so old that the sandwich got cracks and went crunchy. The meat in the beyond meat sandwich was ice cold. Not even luke warm. Called the store and the manager blamed it all on the uber driver. I myself work in customer service but have never seen the bread with cracks and never served this cold meat with no sign of warmness. Called uber and they said they will try to resolve the issue for next experience but can’t di anything right now. In short very poor quality food. Spoiled the whole night. Thank you kindly for the experience. Never going back to Harveys
Angela is simply the best! She's trained many a crew, but, this crop really has it going on. Well done Angela! See you soon for the best burgers in town!
Friendly staff. Good value but was a bit too salty. Poutine was delicious.
They need to work on some things. First, instead of saying what you ordered, they should go by a number system, for example order #1 or #2 and so on. Second, don't let your employees take a break in the restaurant but out back because one of the employees was taking a nap at one of the tables . Have them go in the back.
I ordered a large buffalo chicken poutine. But there was not a single piece of chicken, I ordered it through drive thru. The potato in the poutine was also not fresh. I came to know when I reached home. I called them over 20 times they didn’t picked my call and there was no response at all. The customer service is very bad and they are irresponsible. I was a Harvey’s customer over an year this is very disappointing. This store is very bad at handling customer service ??.
I am totally unhappy with the service they provided because i ordered Buffalo poutine Chicken Poutine Large and i got poutine without chicken and quantity is less. The fries they used was old and the taste was too bad. When i tried to contact them, they are not taking the call. It is not the first time i got this experience. I won't recommend anyone to buy from here.?
