Every time I come here I enjoy my food. The customer service is always on point and I recently discovered their smoothies and oh my god they’re unreal.
Forced to add the app, then it doesn't work. Placed a $100 order but they "can't find the address". They've been here before. No one answers the phone for customer service and troubleshooting. Lost really good customers because of the glitches and issues when trying to get a meal.
Staff suuuper unfriendly. Seemed like they hated that we had come in to order food. Not worth the price for that awkward and uncomfortable experience.
Light on ingredients. The cost/value is low. You're better off getting a burrito bowl from Mucho Burrito. Bowls should always be full, not 1/4 full. Nothing like spending $20 for a bowl and feel that it's less than half full.
Not a fan of places that stop selling certain items “30 minutes before closing time”. Drove here just for a smoothie, arrived at 7:32pm.. waited 5 minutes for someone to come and take my order and then was told they don’t sell smoothies past 7:30pm? It was a few minutes past so I asked the person working if they could make an exception. Was obviously told no and repeated there policy??? Won’t be supporting this location any more.
There food is great but they no longer offer indoor seating. I drove all the way here with my two small children and couldn’t eat. It’s was way too cold for outdoor dining.I guess we won’t be coming back since eating in the car isn’t an option for our family.So disappointing
This place was a huge dissapointment! Between the counters being filthy and covered in old food particles, the rude unfriendly staff or the overpriced salad with brown lettuce. My Cobb salad was tasteless and meh and I shouldn't have tipped the staff after the manner they conduct themselves. I usually go to Avoco Bar but was I'm the south end thought I'd try it. What a waste of money. I should have eaten at the pita pit across the street!
Tried to order some food, left a message as instructed, and 24 hrs later, still no one has returned the call.I have never eaten here, so we can't comment on the food.
Honestly all I've had is the bowls because I like that kind of thing. If you like bowls from other places you will definitely enjoy the bowls from Freshii. The wait time can be long even if you pre order, so you likely will need to factor in another 5 to 10 minutes at a busy time of day. Preorder using the app! They can text you when it's rdy for pickup! Easy!
Just recently had their Tex mex bowl with chicken and it is so amazing! Staff are friendly and place is super clean. Will definitely be back!
