Today we ordered from this location for our first time. The orders were made completely incorrectly. I asked for 2 eggs, even paid more to get them and didn’t receive them in my dish. I also had a few toppings missing too. I tried contacting the store but no reply yet. The noodles were also hard and uncooked.Very disappointed and won’t be ordering there again.
I ordered a kid’s bowl online and requested no olive oil on the bottom as sometimes it gets put in so that the noodles don’t stick. I picked it up and realized that there was olive oil, so I went back in and asked nicely for it to be remade. The manager refused to remake it and claimed that there was no olive oil when it was saturated with it. My mom went in and tried to reason with the woman, but the worker began yelling at her and acting very unprofessional. The bowl ended up remade but very small and missing an ingredient. It took about ten minutes to convince them to remake the bowl.
I always get the same thing at the south end freshii and was at the north end one. The amount of sauce was so minimal it was practically just water. Literally water. When I got in the two girls were busy with online orders and I was waiting for 10 mins just to speak to someone/order. Which isn’t a big deal but I was the only one in the store for a while and usually someone can at least take an order. I get the day was busy and they were doing their job fulfilling orders but it seems they’re understaffed and the portions/sauces are lacking/completely watered down. It wasn’t the girls fault at all they were nice, just seems the staffing is short/the sauces are basically water :/ I like freshii a lot and just want this one to improve since I’m closer to this one now :)
Service was good. Salad was good but Tortilla soup wS Luke warm and didn't have much flavour.
Good store standardized food but very uncourteous staff. No smiles or warm welcome like they do in other Freshii outlets.Rushed me and my mom through the order, while did not with others after us. Felt extremely awkward. Never had such an experience in any other Freshii outlet before. Maybe the staff was tired ?♂️
They used to have good quality ingredients. But now it seems theres a whole lot of rice and barely few veggies.
It's ok, nothing new same old.

This restaurant was so great and patient. I'm training a service dog and sometimes takes an extra minute to organize myself as well I'm new to the Freshii experience...these ladies were fantastic! My friend and I had GREAT salads!
This place is so cheap with their portions. I love Freshii as a brand but at this particular location if you order a bowl, you get 70% of what a usual Freshii bowl is supposed to be. Not the first time this has happened. Last 4 times I have been here, the bowls or burritos are just cheaped out on. It’s frustrating because this is the closest location to me. The South end Park Place location is 10 times better in terms of quality and portion sizes.
