Had a great time here. Francesca made our experience worth dining in. Our food came really fast & she was really friendly. She suggested we try the stone fruit iced tea & I don’t regret it. Absolutely amazing! I’ll be coming back soon.
Wonderful service from Brooke. Cocktails were great & refreshing. Only down side, my wife said her house salad didn't taste as fresh as she would have liked. But overall, a nice afternoon out for a good price.
We were a large group of 55 people families with young kids and others with university students and it was a Saturday night reservation They accommodated us very well; at the beginning it was a bit cumbersome to take the orders as families were not all sitting together but they instantly draw a “map” of who is with who mainly for the bill payment and all good orders were delivered correctly and not a single error Everything was done right and as quick as it was possible for such a crowd Very welcoming and accommodating staff Food quality was good and a good value for money We all left very happy
OMG, the place is awesome the food was also commendable. But on top of everything the service we received for our server PAULA was A++ like she was on the top. Overall no complaints and will vist it again for sure.
Went tonight with my kids and parents. There was a total of 4 tables other then us and being a server I can 100% say it wasn’t busy. We waited over 30 min for our drinks to be brought to our table and only 5 of the 6 drinks made it. Waited another 5 minutes for the 6th drink to be brought, still did not arrive . I bet we would have waited another 5 to get the iced tea. The speed of the server actually gave me anxiety so much I had to pay for our drinks and not even order dinner. In my 28 years in the restaurant industry and eating out regularly, I can honestly say this was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.
Awful. The bathrooms are so disgusting. They look like they have not been cleaned in a month. With washrooms this dirty it really makes me question what their kitchen looks like. They were so incredibly slow too. There’s only us and 2 maybe 3 other tables here. We ordered the all you can eat soup and salad. Been sitting for a good 20 minutes waiting for our waitress to come over here so we can get refills on food and drink. We thought this would be a quick meal and we could move on to the other things we have to do but we’ve been here an hour and haven’t even had our first refill. We will Never be back. Health inspector really needs to check this place out. If you want to eat in a dirty horrifically slow place than this is your spot.
I am saddened to leave a bad review at one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately my partner and I had the worst experience for dinner, the service was extremely slow, which most of the staff just standing around while we were one of three tables seated. On top of the slow service we were served out soup and salad at different times, and my spoon looked like it was used and not washed, which is not great since we are still in a pandemic. As well as the staff were mopping the floors around us and left the dirty floor water bucket right beside our table which isn't something you want while eating dinner, this definitely should have been completed after the store closes or not right beside a couple eating. I will not be returning to this specific location because I do not want to deal with that kind of service and environment. Side note - our waitress did look like she was running around trying to serve us as quickly as possible but if they all were working as a team maybe things would have been done a little better.
Usually have a decent experience at this location. Last visit they had only three servers on staff so we waited for a table (less time than guesstimated) and the service was still good and timely! Always worth returning to.
Service was good, but the food wasn’t. My husband and I ordered pastas and they both seemed very undercooked, almost crunchy. We both left extremely unsatisfied and wasn’t worth the amount charged after only both eating a few bites. Bread and soup was good though ?♀️
Like many others, I have work perks or Venngo. It offers discounts to many establishments. I use it often for. This was my first time going to this location. I’m not here to complain about the slow service. The food was good. However when it came time to pay ( we are a family of 4), I was told the manager who I found out was the owner had to approve. He told me that what I had was fake. I reassure him this was Venngo and certainly not fake. I tried to show him the app. Didn’t matter. It was fake in his mind and I didn’t get the 15% discount. I
