Ordered for my birthday, no delivery after 2 hours...reordered online and never got a response of anything! Complete garbage!!!
I ordered pizza around 12:30 from my work..I went there to pick up my pizza they said they haven't make it..I waited for 20 mins they make the pizza but it was not well cooked and toppings were all over the place...associate told me he will give me credit of 10$ but I need to pay for my order now..but I did not receive any credit ..worst place for pizza I have ever seen....here I am putting the photo of the pizza
Always having a problem with this store. Either they mess up our toppings or give us wrong pizza. Today we ordered parmesan bites and it was undercooked and dry. Probably they forgot to add butter/oil and directly kept it in oven. As you can see in pictures, the seasoning is all in box and nothing on the bites. Bites are not even separated. No seasoning, no oil/butter, tasteless and dry bites. How am I supposed to eat this? Service 3/10. Had to wait 10mins and noone was even giving me my order even though it was ready and boxed.
Inconsistent and dyslexic is the best way to explain this store. If you ask for less cheese and extra sauce, you should expect extra cheese and less sauce. If you ask for regular crust, you'll probably get thin crust.This is not a review based off 1 purchase. I have been ordering here since this location has opened and they have only gotten poorer and poorer in quality and customer service.I live two minutes away and will start using other domino's..

2 orders in a row the pizzas were not cooked enough and still doughy near the middle(Bake instructions were well done). I like the pizzas you guys do but not this under cooked, please go back to your old way of doing things.
Dominoes makes great pizza, and they are really fast. I like their Android app, it makes it straightforward to order. We also like their wings.
I love this place. Who doesn't like pizza. Variety of choices, made your way. Always make on time and the service is encr-eadible.
I’m very disappointed. I placed an order online on March the 4th 2022. Noticed the delivery fee of $7. As a single mom on a budget, I still gave a tip of 10%, which would have been 5.52 on my order. The next day I was looking at my bank account and noticed the Dominoes charge was higher. I checked the receipt and the tip was increased! Over $8 dollars! I called the store to speak to a manager. The girl that answered said the manager wasn’t in, asked what it was about. After I told her she said she would get me the manager. I could hear her trying to coax another girl into saying she was the manager! Infuriated I hung up! Absolutely disappointing, I will NEVER order from this location again, and I urge you all to check your receipts!
Very Good service and are always ready with the food whenever I order them, the one thing that can be improved is the amount of sauce in the pasta needs me to select extra to make it very tasty.
