Good sushi, but 4$ for this salad? Kaman. Changing this review to 1 star. I decided to try again. And guess what! Another all green “salad” (new one added on the right), the first picture was 11 months ago. Now I ordered a maki combo tray - not cheap by the way, and the orders were all wrong. One roll was canned tuna I swear. Disgusting. Any roll with salmon was missing. I will NVER order from here again.
Sushi was good. Online ordering was seamless. Service in restaurant was not friendly.“Pad Thai with peanuts” was terrible, not a peanut in sight. The sauce tasted like watered down plum sauce mixed with ketchup. Very salty. Tasted nothing like pad Thai. And the chicken was VERY rubbery. Worst takeout experience I’ve had in a long time.Buuuuut my husband was very happy with the sushi. So if you’re looking for anything other than sushi, I’d say go elsewhere. But if you want sushi, you’ll probably be happy with their stuff.
We had a great experience. There was a sign in the main entrance explaining that they were short staffed due to COVID. The staff was literally running around trying their absolute best. They were friendly and clearly working their butts off. The food was great. It always came out very quickly, tasted fresh, and portions were big. The Canadian roll was something new we tried and it was amazing! I admire small business during these tough times, just trying to do their best to stay afloat.
My boyfriend and I were sat down in corner of the restaurant where the table was very dirty and still have leftover dishes on it when we easily could have been seated at a clean table with an iPad that we saw was available. After we were seated we waited half an hour for a server to come and bring us an iPad or take an order for our drinks but they ignored us the whole time and didn’t even make eye contact. My boyfriend went up to the front to ask if we were going to be served soon and the workers just looked at each other and said they didn’t have the time to do any tables as they had too many take out ordered. Very unprofessional, you should be taking care of your in house guests not just focusing on takeout. Will not be going back.
Late post! I ordered from here on Christmas Day. The service was friendly and fast. The sushi quality was fresh. I pre-ordered earlier in the day but had to do a earlier pick up time and they accommodated my last minute change of plan. They told me it would be ready in 20mins. The price was great and both my fiance and I were so full! I will definitely be back!
Ordered from Uber eats. it was a truly disgusting experience. They just put a few uncut vegetables in the container for green salad，and it doesn’t look fresh.Also, they put a extra dirty empty container ( it’s obviously used) in my order! ( I received everything that I ordered, so it is not possible that the delivery guy ate my food and left empty container in my bag).I don’t really understand why the restaurant put a dirty used container in my order.Yuck!
Went for sushi, open air above the door made the seats very cold. Water was luke warm. Green tea was cold. Salad had water in the base but tasted great. Chicken balls were horrible. Spring rolls were tasty. Spicy salmon pizza was HUGE but absolutely amazing!!!!!!! This is the only thing that was way beyond my expectations and made the experience better. Yam sushi was good. Spicy salmon sushi had crab in it and not enjoyable. Bathroom wall paper was torn. Staff are extremely friendly and informative.Overall a fair experience but not worth the price and cant say we will be back.
My daughter and I had been shopping Sunday and so ordered online for pickup at Anne Street. Easily done, quick notice of our order and approximate time. The food was hot and ready in less than 20 minutes. 8 items. Perfectly prepared and with all sauces. It was hot, delish! We enjoyed it so much. I can’t think of anything to say other than excellent!!! The tempura, Sushi, sashimi, rolls, dumplings, etc! cheese wantons are my daughters favorites and they were superb and gorgeous! Very good price and rapid service. Thank you. We will be back!!!!!
I ordered takeout and it was quick and tasted amazing. Just had it last night and will likely go back again today. The prices from what I have experienced are reasonable.
Their food is really amazing, and they have a lot on their menu. I just found that the girl at the counter wasn't very pleasant, she didn't seem all too happy to be taking my order, they did seem busy. In the future I suggest just calling in the order ahead of time. I'm not too fond with dealing with unhappy people, but sometimes it's worth it for good food.
