I once got a big order of fries and there was a puddle of grease layered at the bottom of the basket. Of course being the consumer I pride myself in being, I consumed every fry but felt like I was going to die after. Ice creams ight.
This locations sucks honestly. Staff could care less, messed up orders everytime,I'm not sure why I keep going back. Spent $77 there today(crazy) and was shorted chicken strips, wrong burger, half full French fries. Ughh
Great place for a nice treat. Staff are always friendly, especially a kid named Vail! You know what's good when there's long lineups.
Omg it was so freaking good. Drive through was lined up right to the road so we went in. We ordered our ice creams and were back out In our car before the truck we past had even moved. Better to go in sometimes. Btw amazing service and extremely fast and friendly staff. Great job guys!!
Looks like I am continuing the 1 star trend.3 weeks ago I got a cheeseburger. It was awful. Tasted and looked like it was warmed up in the microwave. Could only stand 1 bite then it was garbage time. Definitely the reason why I started back on a plant based diet. Today I got a medium cone. Luckily I had napkins in my vehicle. I think I would be common place to give a few napkins with a cone! Looks like they need to learn from the Essa location!!
Just took a visit to this location and it was fantastic. They were up to speed and my order was extremely tasty. The taller girl at the window provided great service and genuinely asked how our day was going (which doesn’t happen often this day in age). She seemed to really care about making sure our experience was 10/10 which it was!! My family and I will be sure to come to this location every time now:)
Very poor service. Ordered the “Dirt Pie” Blizzard. Absolutely nothing was right. Just vanilla soft serve with gummy worms. Not chocolate. No Oreo. Ordered 2 other blizzards and they were 90% vanilla soft serve with nothing added. Don’t waste your money!

They never seem to have what one wants; "no we don't have strawberry cheesecake", "no we don't have large size"?? The Oreo cheesecake had coffee flavor and was overloaded with Oreo with hardly any icecream. The strawberry milkshake was a mix of vanilla and chocolate?? Last time everything was half melted and sloppily made. It's just this location. May be they have pothead high school dropouts working there. Horrible experience.
Almost no fries and 4 tender, plus they gave me the wrong sized blizzard :/ Not impressed.
