When you actually get the food it’s good, but I wont be going back! We waited 45 minutes, only to be told they were out of cheesecake!! Many others went in after us, got the same brownie cheesecake we had ordered…. While we sat waiting! and finally left!!45 minutes , no food!!!!

Nice hidden gem in downtown Barrie that is definitely worth checking out. The atmosphere has a wonderful vibe with great lighting and nice decor. We shared a large fondue and cheesecake sampler which fed our group of five perfectly. I think next time we will try the all fruit fondue since our group wasn’t too fond of all the waffles and marshmallows - Glad they have that as an option for next time! Only suggestion is we would have enjoyed our water sooner and preferred if water refills came faster, although it is understandable as they were quite busy on the Saturday we visited.
If/when I ever arrived at this place it happened to be open (states open online) I would be afforded the opportunity to leave a proper review. The only dessert establishment surrounded by pubs and restaurants, one would think the public MAY like to enjoy a dessert or coffee. IF you are closed, then say you're closed. Who's running this place anyway?
I dont know how I missed this place, wish I would have known it earlier. Definitely best place so far to go and grab some drinks, not the usual one but the one that you feel like wanna try something new and exciting. Best place to try the cheesecake. Would definitely come back for another round of drinks. SO MANY TO GO.
The desserts and drinks are PHENOMENAL! The best desserts and some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere of Chillz is amazing and purely indescribable, you need to come check it out for yourself! I’ve recommended this lounge to countless friends, and will continue to do so. For sure my favourite place in Barrie!

Couple of friends who I hadn't seen in awhile wanted to come in last night to try this dessert place. Nothing on menu really dazzled us so they had coffee, tea, and according to menu pictures I decided on the "mixed berry No-jito" drink (which was a blended minty fruit smoothie) since I wasn't having any 'desserts' this was my replacement for something sweet. We doubled checked with the waiter and even joked about it being non alcoholic because I don't enjoy how alcohol feels. The drink wasn't bad even though it didn't present itself like the menu picture. I felt a bit buzzed while walking to our car, puzzled we looked at our bill and saw that my drink was WITH alcohol. Good thing I wasn't driving!The atmosphere was ideal, music was on point, our waiter was niceI'm just disappointed in the wrong order they only had one other table and were not busy. I got so buzzed I had to go home and that ruined our night outI'd go back just to hang out for coffee or tea ?
I cannot love this place more. First time that I have gone, let me just say the white chocolate gelato is to die for. Chocolate cake and carrot cake best I have had. Dont get me started on the smoked cocktails! Service was amazing and on time ( got served by the chef himself!) Everything seemed organized clean and well done.
