First time and last time. Ordered online. There’s an automatic tip which I thought was odd, but OK maybe it’s worth it. Definitely wasn’t. My order was sitting on the counter and I was about 12 mins early. Didn’t love that. I’m guessing it was their daughter (maybe 10-11 years old) who took my payment. It was the most pleasant part of the whole experience. Polite kid!Sorry CK, but your food was terrible. I took a few bites of each thing and threw it out. Dry bland “fried” rice. Gen Tao was chewy and tasteless. Chicken balls over breaded and dried out.I’d add photos but it’s literally in the trash.
A friend & I tried lunch here on Wed of this week. We asked for, & got, the lunch specials menu. I ordered General Tao, my friend the Chilli Chicken. The owner (I think) was friendly, sincere, accomodating. Our lunches were packed securely in containers & heavy brown bags. Both our lunches were excellent - especially General Tao. The chicken was tender, lightly breaded but crispy. Rice & veggies were perfectly cooked. Each lunch was packed full of chicken - not full of veggies. Quality = excellent; hot & perfect amount of sauce. Size = very, very generous.We live in Midland & come to Barrie twice a month for medical appointments. We WILL return!
The order arrived cold...the sweet and sour ribs were so overcooked tgey couldnt be eaten. Deep fried shrimp were so cold its believed they were cooked for another order and leftover. No sauce for the eggrolls. When i called into complain she said nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY DONT CARE
Because of power shut off. I went out looking for Chinese Food Near Bayfield Malls. I found C&K Chinese Food. I ordered Cantonese Chow Mein. It was delicious and big portion of ingredients such as stir fried brocolli, carrots, celery, onions, water chestnut, mushroom, baby corn, chicken slices, and it was topped with lots of BBQ pork. I am glad I found this nice take out food store. I shall return as it was so delicious and inexpensive price of $12.50

I first tried the food from Marchee Wok back in 2020 and the food was so spot on that I have been going back ever since at-least once a week. I was gobsmacked when I saw the menu they have such a big variety. Their food is freshly cooked, very tasty and well presented. The owners/employees were really friendly, attentive and service overall was excellent. I seen them freshly preparing my food as the kitchen is visible rather than already have it half cooked like most of these other takeaways.
Excellent food. If you like Chinese food, you really should try CK Chinese Food especially the duck in plum sauce. Great quality duck and cooked the traditional way. They are very proud of their food and rightly so. They cut no corners and this shows in the quality of the food. It's worth paying a lttle bit extra and travelling a little bit further . Sorry, no photo - I forgot and I've eaten it all!
Ordered a paneer Frankie in the afternoon and was totally blown away. So decided to order dinner as well. Ordered veg. hakka noodles and paneer in hot garlic sauce. The noodles were perfect. Not soggy and not too hard either. The flavors were nice. The paneer was so soft and the gravy was awesome. The best part for me was that it wasn't spicy, it was flavourful. The quantity was enough for 2 people. The packaging is one of the best I've seen. Highly recommended..! :)

Quality of food, the quantity of food, variety of offerings.....all amazing. The delivery service was great as well. Food arrived prompt and hot. Will definitely order here. Thank you for a great experience.
