Absolute worst service ever, thanks for taking so long I cant eat now till tonight, late for work. Your actions or lack of caring hurts and reflects others. Standing around while people are in a hurry, do you know the meaning of fast food. Being a manager myself I make sure my customers are served correctly, treated nicely, listen to my order. I would fire them all at your store. Maybe take some time and read your reviews.
I’ve lived in Barrie over 30 years and this Burger King location is 5 minutes from my home. Unfortunately it is 2 minutes Bayfield St.on ramp and all the homeless, drug addict peddling happens. Their next haunt is right in Burger King where they sit and hang out every minute of every day.Hard pressed to wan to eat in any longer. I’ve even provided money so one might be able to pay for food, but still a very low class fast food location. Slow service also is a big concern if your in a hurray. Had to tell counter 3 times to get an order straight. Communication issues big time here!
Don't mobile order from this location. They regularly run out of menu items, but the mobile app still allows you to make those purchases. When you arrive to pick up, they'll offer to replace the missing items, but often with options that are worth less than what you've already paid. The last time I came here, they had run out of fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks, and they gave me 4 chicken nuggets in replacement, worth much less than a medium side. They had even run out of ketchup and tomatoes for their burgers, which I didn't find out until I got home. Not worth the wait.
I dined in the service is good always fast and it's clean,The washrooms could use a little cleaning up besides that service is good
It's not my first time here, but this time made me very angry and disappointed. The restaurant is a mess. The floor is sticky. I stood in front of no one to serve me for a few minutes, I was like air. The most important thing is that the food was made wrong for me. The only good thing is that they made me a new one. The current attitude of service is really irritating.
This location rocks. Can't beat the price, always served quickly and the fast food is good.
There was about 10 people working and it was very unorganized. The staff was everywhere.. Management should have had 2 people on window 2 on cash and the rest making dinner. The tables were dirty and unusable people were still waiting for their dinners and waiting in line. It's wasn't busy for a Saturday afternoon at all . None of the staff was friendly and welcoming. If my husband was hungry we would have just left like others. This burger King is Usually quick and friendly very disappointed today. There was more then enough staff to keep tables and drink station clean. As for the food it was spot on .
I went to this location a few days ago and the general manager, Jasmine, was incredibly rude and working without respecting basic sanitary practices. She repeatedly went back and forth between dealing with the cash to handling food. I phoned after getting home to discover I was given only a bun, patty, and ketchup when I ordered and paid for a whopper and this managered blamed it on me for ordering incorrectly and kept saying the process doesn't change even if you change your toppings. They repeatedly asked for my receipt over the phone for the order number even when I said I didn't have it because that manager took a whole long print out of receipts, crumpled them up and threw them in the garbage including mine. It's unfortunate that this restaurant is being run this way and is going to lose out on business if these practices continue. I for one will not be returning, there are many other better choices out there, both in terms of food and service.
My husband loves Burger King, we always stop whenever we drive up this area. Food is good, however this particular day the lady who took our order was a bit rude in her speaking. Customer service does matter!
Avoid at all costs. This is how they serve whoppers. I swore my last one was raw, so I’ve been cutting them in half before eating. Was not wrong.
