Came with my family last night. I usually dont go into detail about what else was bad about the experience when I get food poisoning. Thats a good enough reason for 1 star regardless. But ontop of that the service was below average, the table was filthy and sticky which i had to wipe down myself to avoid waxing my arms. Inexcusable since we were the only diners in the seating area when we received our food. Food was below average without taking the violent diarrhea and puking into account. Will not be coming back. Manager should be ashamed.
Ordered dinner off Uber eats at 6 pm. Didn’t arrive until 7:40. When we received our food it was frozen and soggy. We called the restaurant to complain and spoke with a manager who said it wasn’t their problem call Uber. We took the steps and called Uber, Uber said the food was cold when they picked it up and to call the restaurant back, so we did. We spoke to the female manager again who again tried to place blame on Uber and took no responsibility nor showed any concern we’d received poor food from her establishment. When she started to get rude we exchange loud unpleasantries and she offered $25 for our $65 meal. If there was some understanding and accountability I would have been satisfied but instead was met with a poor experience.
I have been coming to this location for the past 4 years every Tuesday.This last Tuesday March 08, 2022 i received the best service. I dealt with a young gentleman named Taylor. He was very professional and respectful. When i called in my order it wasn't painful as usual. When i arrived Taylor confirmed my order with the kitchen was correct as well as confirmed it with me by looking through the bag to insure all items are there. Many times i go home with the wrong order or missing items. I was very pleased with this experience and i think other employees need to be aware and learn from this exceptional service i received. - Sherri
Ridiculously bad service.My husband pre ordered our dinner tonight. He drove to this location in Barrie from Newmarket to pick up our food. When he got there he was told it wasn't ready. Turns out, they hadn't even cooked it. They "forgot" to make our food.We drive from Newmarket for the Buffalo Wild Wing quality but we certainly didn't receive it tonight.This left a bad taste in my mouth and we will not be returning again.My advice: don't pre order unless you've got an extra 35-40 mins on hand you can sit in the restaurant and wait.
Just had dinner with my son. Figured I would have a sit down dinner after a long day of traveling instead of quick good. I asked if the burger came with mayo. IThey said no. It showed up with mayo I asked how were the fires. They said great. Burger received corn chips instead. Let them know they brought awful fries. So I didn't eat them. The meal was to come with coleslaw. It didn't show. I know businesses are getting back into the swing thing since they're fully open and I tipped well however I won't be returning.
We placed an order for pick up. We ordered wings with Buffalo sauce, but unfortunately when we got home the wings seemed that they didn’t have any sauce at all, too try and with barely taste of the original Buffalo sauce. I called, I talked to Nate and he immediately got me in contact with the manager. The manager went above and beyond to find a solution that would work for us. Amazing customer service,even though we had a unfortunate situation, we look forward ordering again and with sauce on the side ;)
Another excellent experience at this location. Food was hot and fresh and service by Nate was great. We have been supporting this location for the last two years.. every Tuesday night through the Pandemic utilizing take out... and now happily back in the dining room. Thank you for your great menu and service! Keep up the great work.
Wait staff was humorous, prompt and friendly. The food was really good, (all of it, not just the wings ?) and honestly the prices weren't bad at all for the amount of food our party of 4 had..... Plus covid protocols were being followed by all staff. Nice too see.
I ordered boneless wings because it’s BOGO on Thursdays. One flavour i got was honey garlic and there was basically no sauce on the wings, they were just nuggets. Make sure you ask for extra sauce on the side just in case.
