Stopped in for dinner after a long 23-hour drive. We were quickly seated, and taken to our table where a pleasant man named Jake took our food and drink orders. All of food was wonderfully cooked - however we did order a starter nachos which was forgotten about. Jake apologized for the error and offered to make the nachos at no cost to us since our kids were set on having them. I commend them on their customer service as it was very appreciated.
I found this Boston Pizza was average food was good. I had a small pizza which was more than enough for one person.
Stopped in there for lunch while running errands in Barrie. Unfortunately my meal had some issues. They acknowledged the issue very quickly and come up with solution without hesitation. It made for a extra long lunch, but I was very pleased with the prompt response.
I’ve only left positive reviews on Google previously but I had such a bad experience at Boston Pizza tonight that I wanted to share. Our server was friendly but that’s the only nice thing to say this time. My pizza came cold and the bottom was soggy. They offered to remake since I took a bite from the first one they said they can’t reheat it. The second pizza was not the kind I ordered. Finally the third pizza they brought me what very hot and what I ordered but instead of sweet bbq sauce which it what the menu described it had tomatoe sauce. Lastly I ordered the seasonal vegetables which I was told was cooked with garlic butter. It was just plain steamed broccoli, no butter and no garlic. I gave 2 stars because the dessert cookie was delicious. I was also disappointed that I was still charged full price for my pizza even though I was eating by myself as my friends had all finished long before my meal finally arrived.
Somehow this places manages (almost on purpose) to forget something in the order.They have forgotten sides, apps (like spinach dip and pitas, pop (or given the wrong kind) and dips. What’s more annoying is that they don’t refund for their mistakes, only give a credit.The last 2 years we take a chance and order take out only to find each time that they forgot something GUARANTEED!The food is not that amazing to endure the terrible service of a simple list of items paid for
Food was good. A bit of a wait on food but not bad and they were busy. Throughly enjoyed dinner and my fish bowl drink
