Fantastic coffee, TERRIBLE customer service. Showed up at 259pm the chairs were already flipped, the barista was outside flipping chairs on the patio, I asked what time they closed, she said we close in 1 minute. So I asked if I could grab a couple cheeky coffees to go, she said no were closed and I've already cleaned the machines.. I have no issues if someone wants to close down shop early, but I do have issues with attitude. This barista has an attitude and because of that I will be getting coffee across the street.
Most definitely the best coffee in Barrie and surrounding area. I’ve tried many and this one is my favourite. They have the most delicious home made deserts and treats. A bunch of Friendly people work there. Highly recommend going. ?
loved coming to this place but as of yesterday i will not be returning. one of the baristas referred to my friends and i as “ladies” and “girls” multiple times, meanwhile barrie pride is going on right outside, and half of us were not female presenting whatsoever with pronoun pins on. the 6 of us left immediately without ordering anything because of this blatant ignorance. please teach your staff to read the room, and to adjust their vocabulary especially toward customers they do not know.

I dont why they close at 3 PM in May. The staff was not friendly. They served a latte in a broken mug. When we asked them to change the mug they just dumped it to a paper cup.They kept telling they are closing soon.Definitely, not going again.
Little gem in Barrie downtown. Good coffee. But Expensive. I ordered 2 small coffee, a cookie, quiche, and a pie and paid $31. This was not my first visit. I never really check the receipt before. I was kind a shocked. Lol. Well still enjoyed. I had sandwiches and muffins before. I liked them too. My only problem is that food are not covered right in front of cashier and they talk to customers over the food. And not wearing a mask. It is not about covid. So I am ok not wearing a mask. But i think covering food is important.
I literally try to go here any day I can. Welcoming vibes and amazing food. Always something new to try. Everything I've ever tried from here I love. I tell everyone I know to go here.I like how they have fresh made lunch items not just baked goods.Looooovvveee the foccacia !! ♡ thanks guys!
This is my go-to in Barrie for great coffee, snacks and the ultimate relaxing atmosphere. The vibe is so comfortable.I just don’t understand why they’re closed BOTH Monday and Tuesday…. Very frustrating.
Very lovely staff and coffee shop. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also sell plants! Two of my favourite things in one place. Brilliant! The place and the chalk art is beautiful and the coffee is delicious. I will definitely be visiting again.
Their coffee is to die for. Love the flavours, never too sweet. The squares are delicious and the biscuits are fantastic
