The food is amazing 90% of the time. The odd time that the ribs are just too dry and the meat is a little tough. The wings are great as well. The brisket and pulled pork is sooo delicious. However the brisket is sold out most of the time. I also wish they would sell brisket cuts instead of them shredded up in pulled pork format. Took a star off for that. But I would still high recommend this place!
Horrible customer service great tasting food no delivery and we called to place an order for pick up at 7:02 they close at 8 PM and said they’re completely sold out of everything we couldn’t even order french fries what restaurant is sold out of every single item they have on the menu and refuses to serve any more customers before they close hours before they close.This restaurant is a joke so is all of it staff
Dropped in last minute, first time visiting. We purchased for take home the ribs and wings combo. Every item was terrific! Melt in your mouth, fall off the bone ribs. We were very pleased. For $47 three adults ate a terrific, hearty meal with lots of leftovers. We will definitely be back.
I have had this place a few times…. It’s really hit or miss. Some days amazing food, but about 60% if the time it’s just terrible. Tastes like the food has sat on counter for two days. Today the chicken wings still had a blood on the inside, beans were burnt, coleslaw tasted spoiled, and you needed a glass water per bite with meat.I hope this place finds consistency. Because the when the food is fresh and done right it’s amazing.
Would give no star if possible.... Tried to order some food in advanced of a date (at home date during covid), they said they were only taking orders up to 7 and decided to close early. After replanning/coordinating, I call back and they then told me they 'decided' to close at 630, so no orders past then..... I suggested they update their website which shows 8pm close, and they hung up on me..... Used to be a favorite restaurant, will never go back.
We got a pound of fiery honey garlic wings, a pound of spicy bbq and a Memphis poutine (which was topped with pulled pork) for takeout. All of it was delicious, especially the poutine! We will definitely stop by again the next time we are in Barrie.
Amazing service and amazing wings. By far the best wings I've ever eaten. And the garlic bread was to die for!!
It has become a family tradition to get several pounds of wings for takeout whenever we’re all back in town. The parm and Montreal dry are particularly good.
I really loved this place about 5 years ago. I've tried to go a few times over the last couple years and I don't enjoy it like I used to. I would always get the pulled pork sandwich and my wife would get ribs. I don't know if they changed things or we have changed but it's not what it used to be. Don't think I'll be returning any time soon.
To be completely honest, the only thing I've ever had here is the pulled pork sandwiches, and cornbread.Both of these things are fantastic and mostly consistent. It's inexpensive and homemade food.been coming here for years.See you soon!
