Great service. Our server (her name escapes me) was very helpful in making sure my dietary needs were met (wheat allergy)
I ordered and paid for a regular hamburger and received a bacon cheeseburger instead. The fries that came with it were perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper, something most restaurants don't do. They also gave me $10 off my next order for the "mistake". But perhaps most importantly, my ridiculously picky teenage daughter finished her meal. Five stars.
Nice place. Had the quesadilla burger which was a neat take on a burger and tasted good. Have to say however that it didn't come out looking anything like the picture on the menu and the one in the pic would have tasted better. Great service.
Food was OK. Our poor waitress was new and clearly needed help with some of our orders and did not really get the help from management. She worked her butt off regardless. I have to say the food was not the greatest as far as taste.
This is the second time we have been there. It was for our Valentines dinner. The food was not hot, the fries were not fully cooked and cold. The worst part was the waitress kept coming over and asking us if we were done and wanted the rest put in takeout containers even thou we were just taking a break and talking. We were in and out in less than an hour. Not the romantic dinner we had planned. This was very unlike the first time we went a couple months earlier where it was fun and enjoyable and had an awesome time. We will be hard pressed to go back.
Very clean and cozy place to eat. The staff are friendly and the food comes quick and is delicious. I would definitely recommend eating here and will be back soon
We (4 seniors) were there for an early dinner. We had made reservations but at 5:00PM the restaurant was not busy. Once we were seated, we were approached by a waiter "Filipe" within 1 minute. He took our beverage orders and we had our drinks within a couple of minutes. After we had reviewed the menu, Filipe took our orders and offered some helpful suggestions. The four of us agreed that our meals were excellent and in our opinions portions were huge with take-home containers being necessary. Filipe's personality really made this experience positively meaningful!

Food and service was okay. I usually do not complain but I was disappointed by the health and safety. The greeter barely reviewed my wife's QR code and did ask for ID. When it came to my turn I was passed through. I insisted on showing my QR Code. I also advised him that I would be more comfortable entering if everybody in the restaurant was checked thoroughly. I will not be back during the pandemic.
Decided to stop by this place for lunch with the family on our way to Muskoka. Saw that the operating hours were listed on the main entrance door and it was about 5 minutes to opening time so we decided to wait. After 5 minutes I noticed the restaurant was still closed. So I got out of my car only to notice on a small green sign showing the new operation hours which stated it wasn't opening for another 30 mins.If that's the case then tape off your pre-covid hours and stop wasting people's time. Man, it's incredible how little common sense most folks have these days.So we said EFF IT and went to the Burger King instead.
