Ordered the Nashville Chicken sandwich. It sure didn't look like the pictured ad for it. It was more of a chicken sandwich.
I first time tried from there and it was my worst experience ever. I ask for fresh spicy burger but the patty was so soggy , it clearly seems like the old one they serve . I calllwd them for that atleast 10 times but no one pick the call for a single Time. Really bad , if someone if spending money and it’s really bad not to serve good food ..
The lettuce on the Teen Burgers was fresh and crispy. The fries were also good and fresh. Root beer was delicious and cold in the mug. BUT the place needed cleaning. I cleaned my own table with a Clorox wipe, and it came out dirty. And the floors were sticky. Yuk. Just Changed My Review from 4 Stars to 1 Star. My son's Father's Day was just Ruined. He went through the drive-thru before Noon and ordered the chicken. Now he can't leave the house because he has the trots! Seriously hire somebody to CLEAN!
My daughter is a vegetarian and she love the behond meat burger from A&W the best
When I chose fast food I prefer A&W. Disappointed they didn't have some slices due the kids box age no alternative healthy option.
I love this location never had a bad meal here and reasonable prices
I was the only one in the drivethru, service was very friendly and fast. I ordered a momma burger. Regular burger not beyond meat, and the meat on my burger tasted watery and it was so soggy, like boiled meat. Not sure why, if they've changed their meat or its being prepared a different way,or it's not fresh..really turned me off A&W for a while?
Not sure what happened to this place over the years but service and food was quality is awful at least if you are going to charge so much make the food fresh
Their coffee was nice when it was free of charge in the offers, and once I start to buy it, it was not the best decision ever. The coffee is about water and cream, no sugar added or even coffee! I tried to replace it twice in two different visits but the taste did not improve. Finally I accept it with no replacements but I don't think that I would waste my money there ever again. I think the customer service accociates who take orders over drive through do not consider your complains, they do compensate you but same issues are still existing !! I believe more training should be given for the staff to improve quality of the product.
Restaurants can not sideline walkin customers for skip and Uber eats. After ordering and waiting 15 minutes for my order several people demanded thier money back after they sat watching the staff catering to skip and Uber drivers. This A&W has always been slow but it is a shame as i sat there listening to staff tell customers they are sorry.
