Hamburger Fast Food Burgers

Convenient location on long trips up north, but you do pay a hefty premium. It seems to be substantially more expensive at these locations vs elsewhere in the cities. A single burger on it's own was $10.

Room temp chicken strips, over charged me, and sold me a flat coke. Girls behind the counter were more concerned with their private conversation than assisting us.

the best onion rings and veggie burger of the area and at a very fair price... fries are also good ?

So good! Root beer was perfectly cool. Loved the onion rings

On the run means people never get a chance to correct there orders before it's too late. Very hard for staff to know how to improve. They try there best but it will never be better than a normal restaurant location.

Visited on Christmas Day, drive thru was so packed! They were short staffed but I have to give a big shout out to those working! Very friendly and they worked efficiently to ensure the line up went as quick as possible.

Good value for money however the service could be better. Service with respect to the speed in which the order was fulfilled. This has nothing to do with the individual serving us. The systems at these fast food chains should be able to anticipate the volume of food and prepare accordingly.

Been there twice in the past two weeks and had the same girl serve me. Very polite and friendly but needs to learn the menu. The first time I ordered, I asked for 3 chicken buddy burgers and one beef. She didn’t understand what I meant by beef. I repeated myself 3 times giving her the benefit of the doubt that she couldn’t hear me so I had to ask for cow before she finally understood. Then I asked to have lettuce, tomato and onion added as they don’t come with them. She told me they did so I had to explain that you have to ask for these extra toppings for the buddy burgers. She even went to the back and asked the kitchen. Then my order came to $21.17 in which I gave her $30.15 cash. She proceeded to tell me it was 17 cents so I had to explain to her a few times that pennies have been out of circulation for years and when paying by cash, you round up or down. She still didn’t understand.I should have checked my bag before leaving, guess what, no onion, lettuce or tomato on any of them! My bad for not checking.Back again today, same girl and same conversation about adding the toppings. She again went to the back to confirm with the kitchen and nope, they don’t come with them, you need to ask for these extra toppings. This time I checked my food and they at least got 2 of the 3 toppings. I didn’t dare pay by cash and have to go through that conversation again.I’m not one to complain and write bad reviews but after going through the same issues two weeks in a row Im hoping management might see this and help with training. You know it’s bad when the customer has to explain to the employee about their products!

I typically love A&W, but this was the first time I have to complain about the service. I waited 5 mins not knowing if anyone was working, no one was around. 2 workers came from the back, they didn't wash their hands and there was no apology or explanation. I watched as the cook handled the food without gloves after cleaning the grill with a rag. My fault for not calling him on it, but there should be protocols in place plus I didn't want to argue with 2 kids. I don't think I'll be returning to this store.

At times very difficult to find parking for long RVs and people with cars park.on those deeper parking spots meant for long RVs, why would they do that? I don't know! Over all good place to stop, washrooms we're clean, and accessible.
