I went to this Tim Horton today after the beautiful local festival outside this location. I started ordering medium icecap and I never said two. An elderly lady assumed it two and when I told her its only one, she is so rude to me and she blamed me that you said two, then give me rude face, then I started paying with my tim card and she doesn't even told that you're payment is done, instead she kept scanning my card for 5 times and maybe she is making fun of that. I feel so terrible after my beautiful experience of the festival. Bad customer service I must say.
Hands down one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Extremely slow extremely disorganized. Very limited selection of items. Every time I go here it turns out to be some sort of ordeal. The experience here is unlike any other location I've been to. There is another location across the street about a half a block up save yourself a headache and go there
Worst-they missed adding chicken to my wrap consecutively twice.Never going here again.Ordered spicy habanero chicken wrap to find out there is no chicken in my wrapHappened twice With the same guy who took order.Very disturbing service.
Fast drive through. A guy who works in night shift is really caring the customers. He is so friendly and welcoming.
Worst Costumer Service, three employees inside, they see you and no one attends to you. It is the second time that I leave, because they ignore the customers.
Nothing but awful experiences, When i went to school across the street the senile workers would give anything in the world to make your day a little harder, fast forward to now, they can’t make anything correctly, when you order one thing, wait 15 minutes in line to be told one part of your order can’t be made, then get the rest of your order completely wrong. If working is so hard and miserable, go elsewhere. Absolutely disgusted with this locations staff, management and overall quality of the food and service.
Decent place for donuts and coffee. Sells breakfast and lunch items as well. Good size but awkward parking lot. Drive thru gets crazy in the morning.
Want to get the deal, I didn't get deal for some reason the screener didn't work. And the customer service are very bed, they couldn't use the coupon for the 2 can dine, and they changed use full price for the breakfast.I'm not recommending to come here, bed customer service.
Bad time, no speediness. Don't come here high school students! They are so SLOW! I had to wait 40 minutes for one cup of tea! By the time I got my tea, lunch time was over! They waste my whole lunch period!
I drop by this location many times a week and always order a roast beef and cheddar sandwich, with extra sauce. Not only do the employees not know which sauce the sandwich uses half the time, they are also incredibly stingy with their ingredients to a ridiculous degree… Ordered a sandwich today with extra sauce and not only was the sandwich practically bare, they even put the wrong sauce! This happens every other time I go; the employees act as if they are personally charged if they aren’t as frugal with ingredients as possible.Abhorrent service
