This morning I ordered 2 chicken ranch wrap and paid 8 dollars +hst .After a few minutes they told me they cannot have chicken wrap before 11:00am.So they decide to return my money.When they returned my money they just refunded 6.79+hst. I told them they should give back 8+hst then they said Tim ‘ system can only return this money.
Today is my birthday. I come to your store to get my birthday reward. When I try to get a cold drink, the manager said only hot drink. I checked the term said You can redeem a Beverage worth 70 or 100 Points. Who will get a hot drink in summer at 30°C?! If you, Tim Hortons, don't want to sell anything free, just don't send me such a rediculous birthday offer to me. It wasted my time and destroy my birthday. I am so disappointed to Tim Hortons!
Yesterday I visited this store and I have to say one of the staff who is wearing glasses in his 20s (Canadian Chinese or Japanese?) provided me and my boys with the customer service of the highest standards, extremely friendly and nice. Thank you!

Drive through wait time is ridiculous, and they tend to get my order wrong.
They never get the order right I’m living here 20 years and every other day I need to drive back throw the drive through to correct the orders only this location
