Placed an order for delivery at this location. I am literally 650 meters away from it. Having received the food, one of the items (quarter chicken white) was missing. I called right away and informed them about the missing item. No apologies, they just said they will bring it over quickly since I am nearby. 45 minutes later, still waiting... called them again to ask, the lady on the phone didn't apologize again and her response was "Just wait!", saying that the driver will be here within 10 minutes. It really should not take an hour to drive a piece of chicken 650 meters... Very disrespectful customer service as well. My family will not be ordering from this location again.

We come to this Swiss Chalet quite often! Food is always tasty and service is great! We absolutely love James! He is always very attentive and friendly! He always makes the experience that much more enjoyable.

Had a wonderful Mother's day meal at this Swiss Chalet location tonight. Manager was welcoming and personable. Sever was lovely and extremely accommodating. Meal was delicious.

My husband and I never really complain... but we were really disappointed by the food, I feel like I have to say something. Swiss Chalet is usually.our go to restaurant for many years. We came to the restaurant yesterday for dinner. We ordered a hamburger with fries and a quarter chicken dinner with baked potato. The chicken was really dry, fries were very dark and burnt, the sour cream smelled and was sour. It seemed like the food was old, and wasn't fresh, but reheated. We ate what was 'edible', payed, and left. I highly doubt we will ever be back here.

The waitress, Kirsten, was excellent! Very attentive and provided great service. I would give her service 5 stars. The food was hot and tasty and the buns came warm! They were really good and fresh. The only thing I can say is the Chalet sauce has changed. There is something missing and we miss whatever it is!

This review is roe to do with the mobile app, customer support and than the store, but The experience I had is helpful for those ordering through the app. As such, it's not fair to give the store one star and have forwarded my review onto corporate.Easter Sunday - thought would spare the cooking and try Swiss Chalet again to save on cooking. Placed an order, use the option for scene points, continued to pay. Everything looked good so went to the store 45 minutes later. When I got there the store didn't have the order. I called the online order number. The scene points had been removed from my account and my credit card charged. My outcome was fix things and prioritize my order. Only option refund cc and scene points. Went to do order again. Scene points had not been refunded. Called again and told it was take a week to refund. While speaking, call was disconnected. Second call disconnected too. Third call I asked to speak to supervisor.My outcome. Fix whatever is wrong with their backend process and have the meal prioritized. All they did was apologize and say how they understood, but offered to do nothing. No resolution was provided. The supervisor attempted to pass me restaurant to get rid of me - the restaurant had nothing to do with the backend issue. Put me on hold for ten minutes before. When she came back, the only solution was for me to call scene. I was also called I should have called the online order number and not the app...I asked if this is how they wanted to leave the customer experience: without any outcome. My son even said lets not go as the last time we had to wait over an hour for our order. Any company that cares so little about resolving issues caused on their end is a company I will not give another chance to. Next time I want a chicken, I'll just go to the Superstore and get the Swiss chalet dipping sauce there.UPDATE: A brand representative reached out to me and I was able too communicate what went wrong with the experience. I'm happy with the outcome and hope we will see a positive outcome of this interaction in the coming months.

I have been dining at this Swiss Chalet location for a long time with my friend. Each experience was welcoming and attentive. Our server James was very personable and helpful. Very professional service. He recognized us every time and we would always look for him when we arrived. The food was hot and we did not have to wait long. A great go to for a long time now and we will always look forward to dining here.

What can I say? They've failed to deliver my food on three different occassions. My food never arrived and they still wont refund you, which is unacceptable. I'm not sure why do you hire incomptent drivers? I will never ever order again. Your mangement stinks. Avoid this location

Went out for dinner with my financé on Saturday night and our server Kristen was amazing. She was knowledgeable about all the items on the menu and probably one of the best servers we’ve ever had. She had many tables and still was attentive to our needs. Definitely will be back again. Keep up the good work Kristen.

Stopped in for Dinner with my family tonight (February 12th 2021) and the service was fantastic. Kristen (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) was attentive and was juggling a number of tables without missing a beat. Food was good and quick and overall a pleasant experience.
