Hopefully the quality of the food doesn’t change, today me and my daughter enjoyed the fresh and delicious food in this place.

I wish I could rate it 0 stars because that is how bad it is!We went there on Sunday for lunch and we ordered. But when he brang the chicken we saw a HAIR IN IT. The food was old and rotten you can smell it. Then we picked up the utensils there was dirt on it. The place it's self was dirty. The floors were so sticky. The bathroom was disgusting. The table had food crubs. This place was GRABAGE. I don't recommend anyone eating there! Again I would give 0 stars for this place if I could .
Had a bad experience with the Yonge and Bernard restaurant. Ended up walking out as the staff would not change the spicy mayol to regular and would not put the bacon on the side. They said they would not modify the wrap for us due to Covid. We walk out drove to this restaurant in Aurora didn't say anything to what had happened at the other restaurant. Your staff was very polite and accomodating the girl at the counter made sure everything was to our liking. Thank you Aurora Swiss Chalet restaurant.
Really bad experience. Ordered off their website, everything went through as normal went to pick up and they're closed. I get the weather is bad, but the restuarants website should not allow me to purchase a pickup order when the restaurant is closed.
Cold, soggy, horrible overall. The fries were cooked in old oil and they were the worst. This is not the first time.
Terrible experience at this location today. We placed an online order for pickup and arrived 10 mins before the pickup time. When we got there we checked if our order was ready and it was not. After standing there for 45 minutes we went up again and asked where it was and the cashier realized it was under the counter.Our food was cold and they missed 1 of the sides in the order as well. I’d recommend going to a different location.
Horrible customer service whenever I order, there is something missing. Avoid it! If you want to dine in they will make sure that you will regret to come in. To the owner you have lost one of your loyal customer I will never step in again. Would rather give my business to other restaurant who would love to receive their customer and provide much better service.:..
The gentleman that served us went out of his way to make our visit great. My wife and I took our disabled daughter there the first time since this covid has started and we all really injoyed the experience. My wife became of the service went back again the following Monday with our girl and two friends
Aways great food at a decent price. Server's have been here forever so that says a lot on it's own. Great long time Aurora Business.
