They gave me exactly what I wanted.
What's the point of mobile ordering two hours earlier only to still have to wait 15 minutes? Then you realize the order is not made correctly, the quality of the bread is stale, and staff didnt follow the instructions - due to covid we wanted the sandwiches in individual bags and marked so we dont have to open each one to see which sandwich belongs to who
Amazing service, Nathan was very enthusiastic and he had very great recommendations for the menu , DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK AGAIN!
I ordered a 6 inch tuna on the cheesy bread and I found that the bread stale to the point that it was extremely hard( not the first time this is happened to me at this particular location) The man preparing my sub was also not giving me the correct amount of tuna, he would only put in about half a scoop of tuna, also the restaurant was very dirty, behind the counter I could see that there was garbage on the floor because the garbage was overflowing where they were standing and garbage. Old receipts and paper all over the counter where you pay for your meal. It’s safe to say I will not be coming back to this subway location.Hey subway franchise go and do an inspection of this location please!!!!
Worst service, I don't know if they are trying conserve food or something. Everything is less, a 6ft sandwich only has two slices of cucumber, TWO.
Asked for meatball sub. Uncovered, not heated, stale and disgusting. Said putting the sauce on it will heat it up. Worst experience ever. Refuse to eat at Subway again.
The food prep surfaces were filthy, the produce and toppings were old/brown, everything was mixed together inside the containers. Nothing was fresh.
I attended here on Monday October 26th, 2020. The lady who served me was very friendly and professional. I had the steak and cheese sub - it was quite good. I would make a return visit.
