Great store and staff. Today ordering through the app was not working so had to go into the store. Placing the order and picking it up in store was seamless. Store is clean with ample seating areas.
Worst service ever. I ordered a venti Strawberry Açai & they filled the cup to the size of a Grande.. and then they charged my card twice. This place went downhill. Don't come here. Go to the other location!
Always a pleasant experience coming to this Starbucks drive-thru. Despite often having very long lines, the staff are very outgoing and friendly ?☕️
Coffee is a must in the morning. The drive thru window is always fast and the servers always friendly and polite.
Went to get a drink at 8:22 pm, because google said they close at 8:30pm instead of 9 for family day. But when I went through the drive through just now they told me they close at 8pm, not impressed when online says something different, simple wanted 1 drink.
Nice staff, busy drive thru so the parking lot can be a mess at times. Use the moblie app and got my drink quickly. Cheers
My matcha tea latte! Ordered from my phone and picked up through drive-thru. Probably took me less than 1-2 minutes to grab my latte and leave!I have no complaints, this Starbucks location stays winning. I can’t wait to come study again when lockdown lifts!
First of all, let’s talk about the horrid service, the employees are rude and mess up your orders. Then let’s talk about when there was a piece of CHEW GUM floating in my drink and went into my mouth. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I question the health and safety protocols that this location and establishment. Serious action needs to take place because i hope this doesn’t happen to another person.
This is the worst location I ever been, horrible customer service, they can't make the order right! I ordered ice coffee today with cinnamon powder on top and when they gave me the drink , it was all white and no cinnamon again !I went inside and told the guy I ordered ice coffee not glass of milk with a touch of coffeeAll they know is increasing the price, what about great customer service?Not recommendedWaste of time and money
Came here for a late night drink. Got 2 drinks, the guy who rang me up was very nice, clean place, first drank came fast and waited a little longer on the second I think they forgot about me. Overall great drinks
