Bruh they should rename this place mid st. BurgerEverything about this place other than the price is mid, dry as Burger, honestly don't even remember how the fries were, fountain drink did slap tho.The only reason I went here was because the bar burrito was closed.Mans got 5 guys prices but a couple of fellas Burgers ?
TERRIBLE!!!!!I went after the Leafs lost. I was soooo looking forward to trying one of these burgers.I went in and ordered a $13 hamburger with everything on it. I even made sure to say onions twice.Anyway. I paid and left and went home. Opened my bag to enjoy my burger and opened it up to find NOTHING on my hamburger.I called the store immediately and let them know what had happened. The gentleman who answered refused to allow me to come back so they could fix their mistake. When I questioned this, he began screaming at me and then hung up. I called back and the same man answered and pretended that it was not him and hung up again. I called AGAIN. This time I am extremely upset and let him know that I would NEVER take my business to his store again and he has absolutely no right being in the hospitality business.My advice to everyone is to stay far far far away from this particular store.It was an extremely upsetting experience.I paid $13 plus. Then had to garnish it out of my own fridge. And I was out of onions!! Never again!
First time customer and a big burger fan. The menu has a lot of options. I settled for the 5 oz Angus beef burger. The selection of toppings was so vast. I didn't know what to choose. I honestly wanted them all. I also got a side of fries. The fries were overcooked and too hard/crispy. The burger wasn't pretty good. I just think a burger combo should not cost over $15.
As far as fast food goes. It's almost better then most home made burgers great food.
Staff is unfriendly, unwelcoming, complacent and arrogant. Took 5 mins to even acknowledge my presence at the cash and take my order, with another almost 20 mins to prep. None of the staff were wearing masks while the majority of there customers were. Food quality has definitely declined.With all the burger restaurant choices available, best going elsewhere for better quality and service. I will be hard pressed to ever return to South Street Burger.

Such a bummer this place has such terrible service, the workers were extremely rude and aggressive, especially the cashier (Caucasian mid 20s lady with glasses). This is the second time iv been here and I guess it’s a hit or miss at this location depending who’s working, this time the poutine I ordered was less than half full of fries, and the burgers buns were cold. This restaurant have so much potential if they had the right staff.
The best Halal burger I've ever had so far. I really like the cooking process of the burger and appreciate of how they were carefully separated from the other burgers. Thank you.
Although I like this burger, this locations' staff is falling short. Older lady behind the counter was really annoying and treating customers really rough.Maybe she had a bad day, but this attitude is unacceptable.
