After waiting over an hour, we called to check on our order. We were told that they hadn’t started the order because they couldn’t confirm it by phone. This made no sense because it said it was in progress on the app and we were never notified that we needed to call or that the order was cancelled. They said it was our fault for not providing a phone number and didn’t offer any apology or discount. We used to order from here all the time, but will never order from here again after this awful experience.
Ordered online using the app. After 1hr the app indicated order was still in process. Called to find out status and order has been deleted by the store because there was no phone number on the app (there was an email and phone was not a mandatory field). House full of hungry people and no pizza. No compensation offered for their error. We will not be ordering from them again.
I should give zero star if I could. We ordered the pizza many times with the same store and never had any issues but this time as we ordered as usual, I received the phone call from pizza pizza to confirm my order saying store wanted to make sure we had a right topping (just BS) which I confirmed it and the guy who called hang up. we got in store but not only pizza wasn't ready but also the guy working in pizza store said unless we pay now he is not going to make a pizza and he mentioned that the rules changed two weeks ago after new owner took over the place. The guy was very unprofessional, I believe problem is new owner (manager) and has to be addressed. Anyway I spoke with Head office and supervisor said she is going to look into it.

The server and cashier were very nice, and the restaurant was very well organized! I haven’t been to a pizza pizza in a while, but it was great!
The lady cashier is super rude, charged higher price than what I had ordered for without clear explaining and then blame customer for not reading it right. Poor customer experience. No mask on and keep talking while preparing for food. Definitely do NOT recommend. I will give negative star if there such option in Google.
Haven’t tasted my pizza yet but not going to come back to this location just based off the attitude of the people who took my order. Don’t want to hear what the customer is asking then responds in a snappy way. Just so annoyed when people treat you this way.
Absolutely amazing! I've never had such amazing pizza. The goey cheese, chewy and crisp crust topped with fresh meat. Absolutely gorgeous. The people there work so quickly and efficiently and treat the customers well. 10/10 Would come again.
I ordered a pizza first time and the delivery driver had an issue in getting touch with me so he called his office and they called me. Perfect ??.Second time this happened again but this time another driver didn't try contacting me another way he just left. I called customer service and they said they don't wait for customers ?☹️why? Like not even few minutes?
