Good taste of pizza and perfect cpstumer service. Specially their manager.
Ordered online, pizzas came wrong even though the recipt was correct. Trying to get through to customer service is nothing short of an absolute joke. On hold for exactly 27 minutes only to be disconnected. Called puzza hut general line they can't do anything but transfer us to the direct store which apparently doesn't answer the phone. Terrible service
I always like to order from this pizza Hut. Their service is good and pizza and pasta, etc are always hot, even I have to take them back home.
We just wanted some nice greasy pan style pizza. We ordered from this location a personal pizza, small pizza, bread sticks, and some wings. We were shocked to receive the order in 20 min. It was so fast and satisfied our cravings. The personal pizza is a decent portion for one.
We order here quite often, and the staff are always super friendly, and the pizza is always great!
They forgot to deliver soft drink twice in a row and I had to drive myself to pick it up while my kids waiting and pizza got cold at home .store didn't even offer a refund . I paid for the pizza + delivery + tip !!!So thanks for the ride ..it was terrible.
I read the review before I visited seems totally different as my actual experience.The guy who work yesterday on Sat late afternoon is very ?Great and helpful, this is my 1St time visit this location, he patiently response me what ingredients in those pizza , the pizza be ready very fast and hot. wish the good standard would be maintained with this kind of staff attitude. Always great pizza! Quick service and consistent. What more do you want from pizza the hut lol
Very expensive, $22 for a medium pizza, I can not believe it , I will never come again .
One star because they never pickup the call .. have to wait 15 min after placing an order in store.. could save that if they pickup the call before
