Am just surprised with people's negative comments for this store ...I had chiken on veggies and it was so tasty with full portion of veggies with good quantity of chicken..I loved it ..!!!!! Never believe people's negative comments...just go to the store and try in person you gonna love it for sure ?
I ordered on DoorDash and they didn’t add my drink that I paid for, food was cold, chicken was old and gross and barely covered the rice… you can tell the employees seriously didn’t care at all… one star for the rice lol
Tried ordering the beyond meat on the rocks. I'm not sure if it's the company recipe or this specific location, but it had way too many spices in the protein to the point it was inedible. I've had plenty of great experiences at other locations. Couldn't finish my meal sadly.
Ive tried this place 4 times now (having previously had no issues at other Osmows branches) and each time has been a disappointing experience.First time they had no Falafel or Beyond meat unfrozen/ready so I could not order what I wanted.Second time I called in a order and they completely forgot about one of the meals I ordered so my friend had to watch everyone else eat theirs while he got nothing.Third time they AGAIN had no Falafel or Beyond meat ready so I couldn't order based on my dietary restrictions.And now the 4th time they mixed the spice levels up and made my wrap so spicy it gave me a massive stomach ache for the rest of the evening.Thoroughly disappointed because I really have enjoyed Osmows at various other locations.
I go to this location often.They always close earlier than hours of operation.They are never welcoming when customers walk in.When you walk up to order, they use the excuse “it’s going to be 25 min wait is that ok”The amount of food they give is very little compared to other locations I’ve been to.Unfortunately this location is closest to me and May have to resort in traveling a further distance to go to another location. Not worth paying full price for the amount you get here and poor service.
First off, the staff don't greet when you come in. Secondly the guy was poorly dressed. Thirdly...the unique ambience that greets you when you enter an Osmows place wasn't there. Fourthly, both servers are very argumentative. No courtesy whatsoever.Was served by a lady who was in a rush to take my order even tho there was no line...She asks a question but wouldn't give you time to answer. At a point I told her ""give me time to answer"""...and she said that's why I ask anything else...and I said yes give me time to answer before you go to the next question... and before I finished paying the...the guy was making mockery of what I said **give me time to answer** to the girl and they switched to local dialect.Finally, the portioning is way below standard...the rice was so small... had scoop all in once place before getting a spoonful. When I complained the guy almost emptied his saliva on my food cos he was arguing...pointing to wall pictures to prove his pointThere's more to customer service than just ask questions and serve food...This is among the poorest services I have received in recent times.Anyways....my opinion may not count afterall...
Really great quality of food, never disappointing. Though make sure to order other meats like beef, lamb and pork orders earlier. They run out fast!
The worst Osmow’s branch EVER! I have been in may Osmow’s stores in York Region and this store absolutely is the worst ever.Here is the photo of the Chicken on the Rocks that the store manager of this branch is delivered. Another person at the back of the shop was not wearing a mask and the branch was too dirty. After reading other reviews , it becomes clear that this happened many times. The incident has been reported to York Health Service for their action and to ensure the integrity of food health in our community is maintained.
Amazing food and friendly staff. I always order it for me and my friends. The quantity is very fulfilling for the price.
Great and fresh food with perfect amount of meat and sauce… Always happy to be there.. Great staff
