I have been going here for a while now. The service is great the food is good, the place is well maintained. This is a very busy location. I believe that this results in a huge turnover of staff. As the last 5 times I was in there, the team member who took my order seemed new. The last 5 times I placed an order at this location it was wrong (today being the 5th in a row). They were all minor errors, to be honest, and nothing worth complaining about. Just want anyone who takes the time to read this understand how very busy this location is, an to expect some errors. Also consider that a lot of there staff are young, and this is perhaps their 1st job.I really appreciate there move to a greener world/environment. I noticed that they have switched from plastic straws to paper straws. They have also switched from plastic spoons to wooden spoons. Kudos on the reduction of 1 use plastics.
It's an alright location during the day, at night however there are large groups of teenagers in the parking lot (about 40) doing burnouts and being a nuisance in general. They often setup folding chairs and drink in the parking lot. I avoid this location now.
The mens washroom was stinking so bad, no cleanness and hygiene at all. Seems like no one ever cleaned till, there were tissues, spilled coffee on the floor. I’ve never seen any restaurant washroom in this kind of worst condition.Would like to request the management to please look that this issue and work with the team to maintain a clean and hygienic environment inside the store.
Never fails...ask for no cheese, I get only cheese, double cheese. The guy actually typed "no bun" instead. Tonight 8:45pm.You know Burger King has these little pictures on the wrappers and they put an X over the lettuce if you don't want lettice. They put an X over the mayo if you don't want mayo. Ext ext ext!
This location is discusting. Absolutely filthy from every dinning table dirty, garbage bins spilling over with garbage and the woman washroom was utterly filth. My daughter and I were dinning in at this location and were here for approximately one hour and saw no one cleaning. High chair fully of food and just a complete disappointment. I was so disgusted with the state of this place I complained to the staff and still saw no one attempt to do any cleaning. Needless to say this location is blk listed.
I just came through the drive through and couldn't get a receipt because she ran out of paper... then I got to my destination and there was no straw for my drink. Attention to detail people!
RUDE STAFF AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! I would give a 0 star if I could. You opened two drive through lanes to take orders but you left one lane waiting with no one taking orders for over ten minutes. We end up driving up to the window to place order and the staff blaming us for not keep waiting. Excuse me?? You took over 10 orders for the other lane without even switch to the one we are waiting in and you want me to keep waiting for NOTHING? It’s Ridiculous!
McDonald's in Canada is not McDonald's. Ordered a sundae only to find out there are no nuts. That is not a sundae! Also they no longer serve the big breakfast with eggs & pancakes like the US. And there were no hashbrowns during Covid!Service at this location is repeatedly poor with terrible customer service & etiquette. I suggest visiting the other location on Leslie Blvd in Newmarket.
their customer service is so poor. I used to always buy ice cream from this location and they always disappointed me they barely put any ice cream on the cone and when I asked why is not even filled enough they are like "oh our policy changed we can't give you more than that" what the hell what type of policy is this lol? they are no more getting any business from me. I don't recommend going to this location!! other locations do service a great and better than this store. other store's ice cream at least fill the cone with enough ice cream!!!!
Michelle who works at this location goes above and beyond. She absolutely loves her job and loves people. She knows the customers by first name and changes the whole experience of fast food for the better! Best McDonald's location!
