Mid May 2022. Drop by this Aurora McD for brief lunch upon done the Senecca King Camp trail on Dufferin. There are dual drive- thru lane and spacious upper deck. It is quiet but staff are busying with tje deive-thru. Thanks to them much.
The absolute worst MacDonalds I've been to, ten minutes just to take my order (walk in) totally disorganized. They need to have two crews one for drive through and one walk in.
I purposely go to Tim Hortons just to get a hot coffee. I guess customers aren't buying coffee that much at this restaurant. As for the meals, it's like every other McDonald's but it's pretty busy at the drive-thru. You're better off parking and going inside.
Worst service ever. For three days they keep doing the same mistakes. I order a double burger or double quarter pounder and they give you plain or just one burger inside. And they keep saying that you complain for no reason. I asked to talk to the manager on january 26th at 4pm and she is a lady and she refused to give me her name because she knows that i am complaining. I give her the order but as always she gave it to me with something missed. So upset that mcdonald's keep recruiting this unprofessional and uncompetent people.
I bought 3 regular oreo mcflurrues today,and all of them were half-full. Therefore, it was my last time buying from this McDonald's.I recomand you go and buy from Richmond hill's McDonald's.
Decent people work here. Just wish the fries can be placed properly in the bag. And the mcmuffin was nearly as hard as a rock.
Waited 15 or 20minutes in the drive thru which I can accept if the food is ok, it was the coldest food I've ever had. Definitely a 1 star experience
I used to be a regular customer of this McDonald’s, ordering double double coffee with various muffins. I got food poisoning from my last order. To tell the brief story, I decided to get coffee and a carrot muffin before heading to work as a truck driver at around 1-2 AM. The employee gave me a warm muffin, misleading me into thinking that it was fresh. I ate some of the muffin. After 5 minutes, the remaining muffin suddenly got cold and the texture became hard to eat. At that moment, I realized that the employee purposely heated the muffin in the microwave in order to trick me into thinking that it’s fresh when it wasn’t. Moral of the story, I ended up with food poisoning, constantly feeling nauseous with a horrendous stomachache. I’m writing this review so that other customers would be aware of how the food is not fresh and how the employees and the managers of this place should be considerate of the products they are offering us citizens.
Not very good, I waited for 30 min just for a cheeseburger and fries, they put the fries upside down in the bag and when I took it out, it spilled everywhere. (Also to mention, half the fries were burnt and the other half were soggy and mushy) The food was cold too.Edit;So I came here again and I ordered a crispy chicken snack wrap. They told me they didn't have any crispy chicken and asked if I wanted a grilled chicken wrap right away instead, or wait another 15 min. I said I'll wait because I've never tried the crispy chicken. After about 17 minutes, they gave me my order and I checked to see if everything was right. First thing I notice is that they did not ANY sauce. Second thing I see is that - OH - its a grilled chicken wrap instead of a crispy chicken wrap. WELL, TOTALLY THANK YOU.
if you want to get the worst service ever, come to this location. the staff are constantly just dead. accidentally passed the first window and asked to pay at the second window, this girl with brown hair and thick eye liner said that if i didn’t pay at the first window she would cancel the order, was sighing, rolling her eyes and ignoring everything I had to say. this isn’t the first time that the staff there have been rude, they don’t even seem happy to be working there and it really reflects onto the customer.
