I live in Aurora and have been going to this place for years. It has typically been excellent. Unfortunately the portion size and quality have gone down lately. They had a little price increase recently which was certainly justified and frankly well deserved, but they need to keep the quality and quantity consistent. Will give this another chance, but if it isn't back to the way it was I'll be looking for a new sushi 'go-to'.Check out the pieces of salmon in this roll. Just because it's not a presentation piece atop rice doesn't mean that you can stuff the garbage in a roll and hope nobody notices. This was basically like the salmon equivalent of gnawing the cartilage off a poor cut of beef.I had some salmon nigiri as well and the salmon portion was much smaller than I've had in the past. Unfortunately I failed to take a photo of that but I do have a photo of what it was like back when the quantity was good (you can see the pieces were so large they curl under at the ends).

Great restaurant. Delicious sushi, sashimi and rolls. Their bento boxes are also delicious. Overall fantastic quality for value. Here's the latest order we placed. Mind blown! So delicious.
I come here all the time. This place has amazing prices, great quality food and i never have to second guess anything on the menu. Its all perfect.
This was easily the worst sushi I've ever had, and I'm not a picky sushi eater. After a few bites I ended up throwing my whole meal away and ordering somewhere else. Very disappointed. I have no idea how this place has a 4.4 review.
Best sushi and Japanese takeout in the Aurora/Newmarket area. Always fresh and delicious!
