I have to start with a prefix that I was there a few years back when they just opened in the area. We were a group of 8 (2 couples with 4 small children). Every single thing that we ordered came to us with some sort of problem. They also delivered our order to the table next to us and it took forever to get it all sorted out. Maybe the restaurant have figured it out now, but I have no desire to come back.
Food is decent. I have dined in several times and ordered via Uber eats several times. My most recent experience was awful. They were too busy dealing with phone orders to even acknowledge us. After ten or fifteen minutes, we left. I think it’s great that they were busy, but there’s no excuse for not at least saying hello and letting us know they are aware we exist. With so many choices in Aurora, there is no reason to tolerate poor service.
We have been regular customers at Aurora location. We recently ordered their Halibut paid 45.00 for 2 pieces of Halibut and one order of fries. The so called Halibut as seen in the picture is not flaky but as you can see it looks like a patty. Dried overcooked. Not fresh or tasty . When I called to complain they said that this is normal. Do not buy your fish there. We were told call head office. So much for customer service and quality of food. In these unprecedented times when restaurants are losing business that’s how they treat there regular customers. That is one location that should close their doors. By the way I had to get be them 1 Star in order to write this review. They don’t deserve it.
Not as clean as it used to be, tables left dirty. Lunch time special was a very small piece of fish. Have been to other locations which seemed friendlier and better overall
My wife was picking up our Sunday special last Sunday and got ignored at front of the reception counter for good 10 minutes without getting any service. The place looks as if it hadn’t been clean for months, salts in the floor, dust in all sort surface and waiting area has the very funky odour. By the time she got our food it was cold and soggy, and than the best part was they increased the price without even telling us-!! We had been a loyal customers for this location for over 4 years and this is how you treat your regulars-!? This place wasn’t even busy!!! Don’t take advantage over your regulars, do it make us wait just because you need to video chat your friends. You realize we can see around your tinted glass and that we can hear you all the way from the front right?Simply put this new owner name Ivy does not care about or respect her customers. The last couple that owned this location was much more pleasant. At least they don’t ignore you just so she can continue her video chats. Us as customers are just not at the top of her priority.Terrible management!!
Food is always hot, fresh and above all tasty.
It's fine for what it is. Very greasy though. Always feel a bit peaky after their fish and chips. Chips are good. Fish is ok.

Amazing restaurant with delicious food and great service! The portions are very generous. Restaurant is very clean. The outdoor patio is a must visit spot in the summer months! Highly recommend!
Unimpressed.Lady working the counter talking so loud on the phone while taking the orders. Not very pleasant when you are trying to sit and eat dinner.Checked vaxxed passport but wouldn’t accept my red QR code (said it wasn’t the green one) which is in my apple wallet. Had to show him another vaxxed passport that was the exact same. Also not checking properly. You should be scanning the QR Code with the Verify Ontario app.Food wasn’t that pleasant either. Chips had a very horrible after taste.Not very happy with my experience.
