Came for dinner with my girlfriend and had the best server. We were so pleased with the service. Kind, personable, funny and attentive. Food came quick, the drinks she made were amazing. Thank you for the experience Harkiran!
I came in Thursday evening. I sat down at the bar for a few drinks. I had the most amazing bartender - Bishop. He made me three really nice drinks, then some food. He got all of it out quickly, had a really good conversation at the same time. Would definitely come back just to sit at the bar for him!
Went there for my husband birthday tonight. Reservation made at 6 and the bread and soup came quickly. However long after we finish the appetizers, at 7:30 we were still waiting for our entrees. Finally entrees arrived, and 10 mins after we were still eating while there were still more than half left on the plate, the server kept coming to ask if we need to pack any food away. Table surface was not clean, felt sticky and the hot water was muddy color. Quality of food was sub-par, very salty. Stay away from this location.
UPDATED REVIEW: Our family continues to return to this restaurant because the kids like the food and the servers are nice. The quality of the food has improved and we’re getting the sense that our business is appreciated. Increasing my review from 3 stars to 4 stars ??ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not overly impressed with the food here. Much of the time it’s bland and the cooks in the kitchen need to be trained on confirming allergic ingredients — BUT we keep coming back as the restaurant is accommodating for little kids and our servers (Brenna and Koi) have been incredibly welcoming and great at their jobs ?? Maybe I’ll increase the rating in the future - but for now, 3/5 for food that is “meh” at best.
Food was ok, service wasn’t great. Slow on drinks(even water). Never did offer cheese on our salad/entrées.
They need to change food prep times for uber eats orders so drivers don't waste valuable minutes of their lives constantly waiting. Multiple occurrences at this location warrant a review. Couldn't care less about the quality of the food... but it's East Side Mario's so it's likely as far away from authentic Italian as it gets.
Disappointing take-out experience. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, but had to wait 40 more minutes after I got there. Half the order sat on the counter for 15-20 minutes (with two cold drinks laying on top) while they made the other half. Would be great if the restaurant could offer accurate times, or call the number i gave them to say there is a delay. I would recommend going elsewhere
Had a late lunch with my sister's today. A big thank you to Bryanna our server and to the owner. Service was great, food served timely and entrees were fresh and hot. Absolutely delicious! Thanks !!
Me and my girlfriend came in for a quick drink while we waited for our takeout order, and were blessed with phenomenal service. Our server and the gentlemen who brought our takeout order were so polite and helpful. My partner's grandmother loved dinner and all the food was delicious and prepared in a timely manner.Thank you for the great service.
