A group of us went here last night and it was such a fun experience. First of all the staff and customer service is outstanding! We were sat near the door and were told if we get cold to let them know and they would move us, it was not a problem and we were not cold. Every single staff there was smiling, thoughtful, polite and kind. Food came out fast, service was quick as well (picking up the menus and cleaning the table as we finished dishes). Now for the food, DELICIOUS! Food was fresh, well seasoned and so tasty. The menu indicates how many pieces each dish comes with so it is easy to not over order. They offered to change the grill (but you can also ask for it to be changed). The atmosphere was great, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the service was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

My absolute favourite place to eat. It is so worth it for the price, and the service is the absolute best. They always ensure that you have the best service and meal. 100 % recommend this spot to everyone

Very lovely and pleasant time spent in this location of Chako! I had experienced the best customer service from the servers tonight and it needed to be said, Good Job!Our servers Mei and Charly provided prompt and incredible service, along with assisting in answering all the questions we had in regards to the menu items.The manager Tom came by towards the end to ensure that everything went smoothly, which was really nice to see how interested all the team was, in making sure all customers are happy and had an amazing time!10/10 recommend this location!

This Chako location is absolutely fantastic! All of the staff service was exceptional, as was the food! Quick, affordable, friendly and delicious! Will be coming back a million times over! P.S. Don't skip the boneless short ribs or the spicy salmon rolls! ?⭐⭐⭐⭐?

We live in Mississauga and stumbled into this Chako location while in the area. Like most of the comments, it's the service that the Key point. Very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, Customer Service Excellence for sure. Felicity, thank you. Its a nice touch to have the Manager and other staff came by frequently to ensure our satisfaction... great!?Food is a varied selection of Grilling meats, vegetables, seafood, Sushi, appetizers, all u can eat.Short Ribs are the tastiest... ?!Pricing is $37 weekdays, but great value for Seniors at $27. Another discount is available for non credit card payment!! The fixed 10% service charge is VERY fair as service was exceptional as we topped it up further to recognize this. Overall, great value with Great service for a fun, self cook experience. Rest assured, Indoor dining is very covid compliant and felt very safe and comfortable.
