Pizza is good, fried chicken is dry. Interesting to see how a robot navigates through the hall to bring dishes to table
Very enjoyable quick meal. Always friendly. Always there to help. The servings were large enough that I took some home and had it as a late night snack.
I had visited a couple of weeks ago with a group of 8 people. We had been seated before a couple of tables half our size, and ended up getting our beverages, order and food a lot later then the other tables. We were a mixed group of visible minorities and it just seemed like they prioritized other tables. Our experience was so bad, we had to search for our waiter for drinks (like physically got up and went around a corner to find someone). We were being so under cared for, I had to get up to find a menu to order more because there was no one in sight for a while and was proceed to be yelled at for grabbing a menu from their server table. We also had three different servers during our visit. Other then the service, the food was great but the frustration of getting decent service but the server at checking us out was kind.
Very kid friendly place. They offer a booklet with activities for my daughter. The bbq bourbon chicken pizza was very good. I had it before a while back at another location. We thought a small would be too small for the two of us, so we upgraded to a medium. Definitely bigger than you expect. Service was also excellent.
The steak was like a breakfast steak don't get a steak at a pizza place. The waitress was taking orders without writing it down and kept coming back to ask questions cause she 4got.
Went in on a Tuesday 7pm, was seated and our server (don’t remember his name, the White guy with the tattoos on his forearm), didn’t serve us for over 15 minutes. Came by to ask us what drinks, told him we needed 3 minutes. Then proceed to not give drinks or come by for over 15 minutes while serving other tables.Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re willing to wait over 25 minutes to even try and get your order in.
The food as usual was great.. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time and the waitress had no trouble looking after us. Then 5 more tables were filled gradually and she was bringing us coffee and got visibly Irritated with us when we asked for more coffee with extra cream and sweetener. So I looked at her and said that she had no patience for us and it was evident. She said that she can't keep on going back-and-forth like this. When she did come back later she offered her apologies and said that she had gotten a bit stressed out with the extra tables. One waitress for 6 tables Isn't that bad but I don't know what the store's ratio is. But they should have had someone to to help her When she could obviously not handle This amount of people.. Unfortunately what is normally a wonderful time at Boston pizza sort of soured it for us. The 2 guys had the ribs and were disappointed That they weren't browned as honey garlic normaly is.
Pizza and wings are good. Find most other dishes lacking in taste. Great server in the bar - she remembers us and our order from our previous visits.
Very costly menu for what you ate getting.Had the onion soup...what a rip off for a bowl of soup.Place was pretty much empty...should have taken the hint and went to one that had clientele
These QR CODES FOR PROOF OF VACCINATION IS BOGUS!!! Showing them proof of 2 doses mean nothing without the QR code and worse, they request I call public health at this hour. My reservation is at 5!
