So we got 3 combos, all of them missing drinks, and the buns weren’t toasted. The meat is not juicy or fresh. We ordered a side of large fries, didn’t get them. Got an apple pecan salad, it came without the blue cheese and came with croutons instead of pecans.What a joke, the 80 Bayly location is vastly superior.

This is a review for the Wendy’s breakfast sandwich.The sandwiches were very tasty and filling. It was warm and put together nicely.The coffee was really bad in taste.The reason i gave it a 3 stars is because the customer service is terrible. It took forever to get my order through the drive through and it wasn’t event that busy.
Convenient location. We were yesterday and we went in to dine. We brought in coupons that we got in the mall and the cashier gave us a hard time. She said we can only use one per family. But the coupon says. One per person, per visit. She then proceeded to argue with us, then she got a manager who told us the same thing. Again we pointed out the what it said on the coupon. I began to say just split the transactions then. She rolled her eyes at us and did it. Then we had a coupon that said 2 spicy chicken sandwiches for $14.99 and I requested one to be not spicy and again she said they can't do that either. The washrooms are disgusting here and fo od was so slow to be made. The only thing it's with a Tim's.
This review is based off of my most recent visit.Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, fries and a diet coke. Service through the drive through was quick. I wasn't actually told my after tax total not that that truly maters to me but it still would be a good practise to mention.The spicy chicken sandwich was great. Big piece of green leaf lettuce. A tomato slice that was substantial and not just a sliver of a slice I would see other places hand me. Mild spice level which I can appreciate.Fries were too salty and I'm a guy that enjoys salt so to others this might be a disappointment.The drink was standard. Nothing to mention about it.Overall it was a solid meal with some minor issues. The location itself is fine. Definitely a three out of five star experience.
I literally just got spoken to so rudely by the drive thru lady. Yesterday she was so happy and nice. Today she threw my bag at me amd says have a nice day and walked away. So I waited for her to come back because I still needed something. She finally comes back and opens the window and says nothing, just stares. I say can I have some ketchup please? She looks at me and says really?! That's what you waited for? Are you serious? Isn't that your job?
Tired of coming to this location to be upsized without asking. Why should I pay more for extra food I don't want..
Got a combo and nuggets. Everything was cold. The fries … cold. The burger patty .. cold. Not even a bit warm. The nuggets? Cold.I had to reheat everything. No point in having foil paper burger wraps if people just have to reheat their food when they get homeWon’t be returning to this Wendy’s.
For the second week in a row I waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru where only 2 cars ahead of me on my lunch hour from work. This place has no idea what fast food means. Horrible service not even a sorry for the wait or nothing. Even had to repeat my order at the window.
The state of the washrooms is absolutely horrid. Urinals pooled with urine; the flush doesn't work. The toilet stall is sprackled with fecal matter and the counters are pooled with water.
