This is the slowest Tim hortons in town. Been here several times and always have a long wait, not because they are busy but because there is a group of people working all doing one thing or nothing at all. Just go to the next nearest location.
Bad customer service. I was on the drive through and they just rushed you on your order. Don't even care if you're getting served properly or not. Ordered 50 pack timbits .. put it in individual 10 pack/box. I asked to put in one box they dumped all 5 boxes in a plastic bag. All they want is to reach their quotas in the drive through.. I mean it will be faster if they'll give you a good customer service in a first place. ?
Unacceptable how at 11am on a thursday do you run out of eggs. if you were busy you should know your getting low. I was the only car in the drive thur you weren’t busy that an excuse. If your below 3 eggs get a backup made.
They're average for a Tim Hortons. I love the one across the street at the Petro. ERIC and Sidney are incredible with Customer Service Attention to detail
Worst Experience bought a French vanilla and tasted like milk mix with water, also cup was not full (at least give what I paid for) ..not sure what they are doing I will never go to this place again
Their vanilla lattes are a hit and miss but today's vanilla latte was really good plus their coffee and tea. Continue to keep up with the consistency and thank you.
This is the slowest tim's location in DURHAM! Either they are always out of croissants or the latte machine is not in service. Every time we visit after 8pm the staff would always mention " no hot foods", basically you can only get coffee or left over donuts. So avoid visiting this location if you are in urgent need of food. Mornings are not too bad since they have drive thru times, but if you go after noon, expect to be line for minimum 20 minutes.
All three garbage/recycling cans were over flowing. Trash was all over the drive through and grass areas. When I pulled up I gave them my small order and said “by the way the trash bins are overflowing in the drive through you should send someone out to clean it up” and the brown man said “the morning shift did not do it and we just got here” full of excuses. Just say “I am sorry about that sir we will send someone out right away and I apologize That we are destroying the planet with our garbage”. When I pulled up to the window he looked very angry that I mentioned the overflowing trash bins. I don’t recommend this Tim Hortons because if they can’t even change the garbage, imagine what their kitchen looks like.
I should've realised my order was going to be messed up when she messed up punching it in. I told her it was wrong and she asked me again and I told her but she didn't punch it in. She tried to remember it and gave me the wrong thing. Never again.
So, the guy on the drive through wasn't paying attention. My ham melt looking nothing like the menu picture, the sliced ham was not seperated, might as well be one thick slice of ham. My turkey bacon club I ordered with no bacon had bacon, the tomato's were mostly white for some reason and the Mayo was on only half the sandwich...
