Ordered ROASTED HAZELNUT COLD BREW but they forgot to put the cold foam. I ordered in the drive-thru for a quick coffee grab but this is sad especially when it's in the morning. :( I double check in the Tim Horton's website because maybe I was wrong, like there's no cold foam included, but it is really part of the menu. :(
Every time you go there is something going on weather it’s no Ice or they don’t have it. Went there today for iced coffee they are sold out, you would think that the weather being so hot as soon as they run out they would make a next batch. It is also one of the slowest drive thrus ever. My kids taekwondo class is across the street and sometimes I have no other choice if I’m running late to go there. I try my best to go to the McDonald’s on Bayly, cause it so unreliable.
Weird that they charge for hot water for the charge of steeped pekoe tea.. even the charge for cup wont be $2.. I don't mind paying but inconsistency among other tim hortons.. I have never been charged for water from other Tims.
Slowest drive thru I have ever been to. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru! Don't waste your time at this location. The manager obviously doesn't care what he is doing to his staff..
Great place great food great service only problem is their wait time at drive-thrus have been getting longer I only go through the drive-thru only things I order is either a large tea bag in for cream for sugar or a ice cap made with chocolate milk as for food I get apple fritter a cinnamon bun or a toasted bagel with cream cheese there if you go inside the atmosphere it's always clean always nice and besides their wait time at the drive-thru being undependable lately everything else is always perfect and exactly what I expected you can't put a price on that and that is why they have earned five stars from me
I liked the drive-through once. But the other day I went to buy from inside and there was a young newbie taking orders and he was always hesitate to place the order as if that was his first day. They shouldn't let trainees handle the rush hour. Also, there was him only taking the orders even they had two stations
We go to different Tim's most days. This is the slowest ever. Staff are friendly but overworked. They seem to prepare the drive though food and leave the walk in's for later. We waited 20 minutes for our food. Only one person preparing food. This is the case every time we go to this Tim's. They do not have the staff to serve the customers in a timely fashion.
Avoid at all costs! Slowest service ever and they always get my order wrong. Today I ordered a southwest chicken wrap and a hazelnut cold brewbut they gave me a chicken bacon ranch wrap and regular cold brew instead. Plus the girl at the cash didn’t even know how to redeem my mobile gift card.
Update: This location is getting worse and worse now, you ask for double and pay for double cream cheese and get a single amount.After approaching them about the amount they said: IT IS DOUBLE very rude.Many times I've ordered from here asking for double and receiving double... everything is going up in cost and we are all trying to maximize dollar value to product provided.
Quick service on drive thru accurate order and nice service. You in a rush, come here and they will help you out. There was not a huge lineup and they were quick with moving the customers ahead.
