I am.not happy with druve threw service , i understand its a time thing but they did not fullfill my ortder right i asked for butter on 2 slice of arti toast black coffee with ice. My coffee very hot only cheese on my bread no butter...Not a happy customer
Just went to this Tims again and the staff was pushing us out of the drive though as fast as possible. I ordered two chillis, with two buns buttered "Not toasted", Boston cream. I got the two buns but only half size and toasted, no napkins, and the boston cream didn't have any filling. This is ridiculous. For the bun, they called it a new policy. I seriously doubt that!!!
This is the worst timis bad service only one car on drive trough , and we need to wait at least 10mins to get served I alsoAsk Emplyee how she get hired she said she donated know anything lol June 22nd at 7:35pm this is happening second time same thing bad service , Emplyee thank bling they serving for free people and they don’t get paid .
$8.79 for a bacon grilled cheese. Had to wait 5 minutes for it and it looks like they stuck it in the griller for 20 seconds. Cheese wasn’t melted, not sure how they usually make it, but the outside had cheese on one side and nothing on the other, I thought they would’ve buttered the bread or something? Like most grilled cheeses? Pretty disappointing, especially for the price.
One of the worst Tim Hortons. Although close to my home, I will now drive to another Tim Hortons and never come here again. Very dirty, filthy and extremely Rude staff. 8:30 pm all shelf are empty, the staff ( 2 little kids with no manners) running the place at busy evening with nothing available. 8:30 pm they don’t have steap tea, how long does it take to brew tea ?This is suppose to be a busy location, now I realize it’s not busy anymore thanks to the lack and ability of their staff, they just lost another Family.
If I could give a lower rating I would. Slow serve is an understatement. Drive thru and in store lines don’t move.
they need to decide whether or not they do delivery. they turn on uber eats and skip the dishes as they please. it seems many of the Tim Hortons in Ajax do this and then dont care to remove their restaurant from the app. This creates confusion as also this and many other Tim Hortons in the area dont update their availability for delivery so places like this that not longer deliver are listed not only in Skip and Uber but they also seem to have forgotten to change their delivery status on Google. As a customer who has been ordering all throughout the pandemic and prior to, I have always had issue with my order being incorrect, the drinks being poorly made, rudeness and irritability from staff, and lack of enforcement of Covid proceedures even. I ultimately think this is my last attempt to even bother to bring any sort of issue up to their notice as Ill no longer partake in this declining brand. Its not even Canadian anymore, if it was id at least try to stick it out but since it was bought out the whole company has gone to waste.
Radially the worst Tim Hortons in the whole of ajax. The staff are nothing but ride incompetent people who can never manage to even make a simple cofee triple triple. Like it's not that hard really I make a home Brew every morning before I leave my house. And it doesn't stop there. No matter what you order they always find a way to screw it up even trying to short you change and hope because you're in the drive thru with people behind you, they hope you won't notice until it's too late because you're more focused on keeping the line moving. (That's even if you happen to notice at all). It may not even be that much at times but it's the principal. I'd be surprised if any of them have their highschool deploma with the inability to do such simple math, not to mention they have a computer screen that figures it out for them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the convince of the location to where I am and thought it's just a one, two time thing. But no it's every. Single. Time. Terrible staff with the worst attitude, all around in pleasent experience every single time. I'm never going back to this location and would advise you choose literally any other Tim Hortons in ajax other than this s**t hole. I didn't think they could get any worse but they surprise me every single time just how terrible they are. Especially one lady in particular. I really wish I caught her name tag!!!
Very disappointed with this location the last two times I have went here I’ve had a bad experience in the drive thru. The first time they rushed me out of the drive thru without giving me my change. I had to go into the restaurant and wait to receive it which is ridiculous because what was the point of going through the drive thru. The second time I went through the drive thru they forgot to give me some of my food, which I then again had to go in. I had a rude encounter with a storefront staff member who proceeded to tell me that they did not have the product after I already payed for it. On top of that they made the rest of my order incorrect (asked for a cheese croissant heated with butter and I received it non-heated with a ridiculous amount of butter on it) Very unimpressed considering it was not busy. Get it together.
Coffee was hot but the taste was little bit down. I hope it will get better.
