Incredibly understaffed - There were only 3-4 people working and I overheard that there was no manager/supervisor present at the time (around evening).Slow - It’s not the staff’s fault for slow service since there are literally not enough people working and they are being over worked for a minimum wage job.Not clean - The place had dirty tables and a bunch of ants around the table due to no one cleaning.Low stock - they didn’t have chicken, wedges, ice coffee or lemonade!! It makes you question their management because they seem to not have many items.Busy and only gets worse - People pile up, those waiting for mobile orders, food delivery services and the people who order in person.Awful management - The people who are hired aren’t trained properly nor do they have enough people to even function/work efficiently. Management doesn’t care or they aren’t doing their job.Overall, the few times I went there was terrible and ran into the same problems. So it’s not a one time thing unfortunately. I have worked in the fast food industry before and it was so upsetting to see and I felt dread for the staff because they were obviously being overworked for a minimum paying job due to trash management. I will definitely NOT be coming back.
The slowest Tim Hortons drive-through in all of GTA. I’ve been here at least 10 times to hopefully get a faster result like the other Tim Hortons but every single time it has been the same joke. If you are in a rush don’t go here. If you’d like to eat in drive-through for a long time then go ahead?
The staff are always friendly and professional and helpful. My takeout food was great and tasty, steep tea was hot. It's always a pleasure dealing with them.
Drive thru experience was pretty hilarious. The girl working there seemed like she was high since I had to repeat myself like 30-40 times. My ice cap was fine though. Maybe don’t smoke before your shift…
UPDATE......Here we go again folks with the cream cheese and the extra they charge for nothing. This location today was NOT busy yet it looked like they were preparing for a party of 500.Asked for my receipt a little after purchasing the bagel and they had to search for it in the garbage ?See updated photo's of the amount received + photo's of the receipt of the location and the amount they charge for nothing this time...?THIS LOCATION WAS AWESOME - ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST....¤ FOLLOW ME FOR NEW UPDATES ¤This is the only Tim Hortons location that actually puts double cream cheese, if you ask for it you receive it. My friend and I had breakfast there last Saturday, the service was good. The downside was seeing one of the customer service reps not change her gloves after she handled cleaning equipment instead she went to the take out window to serve customers.

Be very careful ordering an iced capp from this location due to the current supply chain circumstance. I do not have a peanut allergy but can noticeably taste the peanut butter flavour in my drink. Just a heads up!
Staff is kinda unfriendly. Food is usually ok. They package things weird though. One time I got timbits without a box. This time I got a hash brown that they just threw in the bag without a wrapper
Yesterday I went to this location and received amazing and helpful service from a lovely employee named Cassandra. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and I truly appreciated it!
