Wrong bagel! I ordered a sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese tomato and bacon and got a cinnamon bagel toasted with cheddar cheese ? I swear they hire incompetent people!! ?
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I made a mobile order and went to the pick-up line. I was the only one there. I can see most of my order on the counter except for the Timbits. I waited a good 10 mins with the staff all giving me eye contact but nobody helping me, including someone that looked like a manager. Finally, someone asked what I needed and I told them I’m still waiting for Timbits. Then he informs me that they don’t have any at the moment and offers me Timbiebs or a donut. They only gave me ONE donut for the 10 Timbits I ordered. This is not the first time I’ve stood at the pick up area with nobody helping me
Extremely poor service in drive through. Person who was taking the order was totally not interested to the take order. Even on the window he was keep talking to other fellas, not listening at all.This is ridiculous service.
For some reason their iced cap machine is always broken. Weather is warming up, they should be maintaining their machines regularly to prevent such accidents. What's worse is that we waited in a very long drive thru line, just to be told that their machines is broken. Very disappointing.
WORST customer service - rude and frequently make mistakes. Unfortunately this Tim Hortons is the closest to my home, but I will go out of my way to go to another location just to avoid this one. I've lost count on how many times they've messed up on a simple tea order.
Went inside the store and waited 15 minutes for them to serve 1 customer in front of me. Even had placed a mobile order so it would be ready for pick up when I got there. All I ordered was a single tea and it took the lady a good 5 min to make my tea as she was confused with the order. Ended up being late for work even though I should of had plenty of time. Never returning here again, I’ll go out of my way to go elsewhere.
Good place to eat morning donuts and coffee staff is extremely nice. It also has huge parking space. Drive thru.
WORST Tim Hortons!!...everytime I go there they take longer then 10mins just to get my food...Got a bagel...it was burnt and had barely any butter!Their ICE CAP still taste like peanuts...and I have called them multiple times to tell them this..the front staff lady, made a drink for a lady who was behind me(I assume she was a regular)..only to make me wait even longer bcus their is only 1 person at the front cash...
Today I went to Tim's and asked for the deal they were offering.. 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches. I asked for one bacon on a biscuit and one sausage no bread as the person I was with could not eat bread. I also asked for a caramel cold brew with almond milk. I got 2 bacon breakfast sandwiches both with english muffins as well as a coffee with chunks of milk. When I brought it back upset as I was almost late to work - the manager said Id have to wait as she's busy, told me its supposed to be chunky and did not even apologize for the inconvenience instead walked away while I was talking to her and got her employees to deal with me. Worst experience ever at this Tim's. Finally fixed my order and went home to eat 4 egg shells .. what a surprise. I don't recommend giving them your business. I am really upset by this HORRIBLE customer service on December 30th at 11:30 am - I think they need to be cancelled for this.
You get what you pay for. They have gotten better at not ignoring in-store customers and are relatively efficient. No memorable customer service experience here though.
