I come here at nights, only Timmies open in the area. The night staff are wonderful.They are busy taking care of Drive-Thru order first, and I know that's priority, I still come inside and wait so I can see my options of the great donuts they have.My orders are always right, no mix up. Depending on the time of night, sometimes there are random rushes of customers, both inside and drive-thru.If you are in a rush and need to grab and go, I urge you to go to drive-thru, it is better for your experience if time is your priority.Since I like to chill outside and watch some videos, I don't mind waiting inline inside.Also this is the only Tim Hortons in this area that I know of, that has Dining Room (inside) open after 11pm. It legit 24hrs.After the crazy pandemic, a lot of Tim Hortons have shortened hours or closed altogether after 10pm or 11pm. But this one is open thankfully.Again, staff is great and friendly. I for some reason prefer this Tim Hortons vs others I have visited.

I'm nearly an everyday regular at Tim Hortons I either get always drive through for stuff but I either get a tea bag in for cream for sugar or I enjoy ice cap made with chocolate milk and if I am to get something to eat it is usually a toasted bagel plain with the cream cheese or a cinnamon bun an Apple fritter or a maple dip donut their quality is always great their coffee always fresh I have never had a problem unfortunately the one I'm reviewing the location I'm reviewing the wait time for the drive-thru has been piling up and they are not going as fast as they should be I know they get timed etc and I'm pretty sure they're failing their time trials but that's not my job to document just by somebody who goes there every day I can tell you they're not as fast as they usually are and I'm also not going during prime time so there's really no excuse of a why it's taking so long I'm still going to give them five stars because the service The taste and the quality has never gone down and I'm one of those people that I you can't put a price

Slow as usual, things do not ever seem to improve. Don't worry, it's not just your location. Seems to be a tim Hortons general problem. Continually deteriorating.

Absolutely horibble service, This place took extremely long, and all I ordered thru drive thru way a med coffee. Every time I have been to this particular Tim's, the wait is extremely long. Tim Hortons over all has become extremely horrible. The wait times are ridiculous. Tim Hortons needs to hire more staff, I understand the bottom line is money, but if u have no customers to serve, you won't be lasting long. They cut staff, cut hours Tim Hortons quality, service has totally gone down the drain. It's unfortunate that a great Canadian staple has list its touch to the greed of money. Shame on the company that owns it, and if I were the Hortons family, I'd be embarrassed to have my name posted on a sign that no long stands for service and quality, as how the establishment began.

What was that....just went in becouse the line up for drive thri was down the street....Went in a 25 min line up to get a coffee and a blt for my commute to toronto.only one cashier ? My Bagal wasint cut and the gave me coffee .rewend my day .now have to stop again to get a tea with sauce all over ...no napkinesWhat the ????

Wasn’t sure about the ingredients of one of their ice caps. They allowed us to check the ingredients from their packaging and were very patient with us.Bonus: it was busy and close to midnight, but they provided us with excellent customer service :)

It's a great spot to stop with the gas stop next door, fairly quick when ordering and some great folks working here.

they need to decide whether or not they do delivery. they turn on uber eats and skip the dishes as they please. it seems many of the Tim Hortons in Ajax do this and then dont care to remove their restaurant from the app. This creates confusion as also this and many other Tim Hortons in the area dont update their availability for delivery so places like this that not longer deliver are listed not only in Skip and Uber but they also seem to have forgotten to change their delivery status on Google. As a customer who has been ordering all throughout the pandemic and prior to, I have always had issue with my order being incorrect, the drinks being poorly made, rudeness and irritability from staff, and lack of enforcement of Covid proceedures even. I ultimately think this is my last attempt to even bother to bring any sort of issue up to their notice as Ill no longer partake in this declining brand. Its not even Canadian anymore, if it was id at least try to stick it out but since it was bought out the whole company has gone to waste.

Always messing up my order, I finally called them and let them know. They acted like I was lying to get a free bagel...like honestly, take responsibility for your employee's lack of accuracy. This place is a disaster and nobody cares.
