Worst service. We had multiple orders together and they gave us altogether which is hard to separate. When we asked to open doors, they didn't open. Asked to walk around drive through. What a service?
The place is newly renovated and looking great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are priced good and you get amount you pay for. I definitely will be returning here.
Man first date with a beautiful girl was here I know right ooooo first date taco bell but it was good they where under construction and still let us order threw drive threw and called us friend so cool
Went here after year's of seeing if they made any changes for the better.. This guy served me 2 beef and 2 bean burritos when I ordered 4 bean.. I'm a vegan... They just let the staff ignore customers orders is clear bad buisness.
Had a pickup order.. waited a long time to be acknowledged. Then when I said hi I have a pick up.. the lady said "I am not the person to ask" then proceeded to get my order..She said straws were in the bag. I checked b4 leaving.. no straws. She got me 2 (longsufferingly).The food was exactly as I ordered it..so that's positive.
The drive thru staff was very polite and sweetFood was great and temperatures were perfect as well.
I am very disappointed in management/ownership here. The parking lot is completely pitch black minus 2 flood lights at the entry doors. Sitting in a car it’s unsettling but I just saw an employee cart over the garbage on foot to the darkest corner of the property at 10 pm right now. Does management not care about the safety of its employees? You’d think this would be basic business practice/standards to invest in proper lighting to ensure the safety and comfort of the employees and patrons. So unacceptable. Staff is always nice and friendly no complaints there. Management needs to care more about the people who keep this joint running.
This location always has the best staff!! They always seems to be in a good mood and super quick service. Food is always as ordered and nice and hot!
They were out off all sauce. Hot and mild. Its nowhere close to as good without sauce. Also I decided to try the steak chalupa. Instead they gave me ground beef chalupa's. Not what I ordered or was charged for. Very disappointed.
So the staff is actually great but I can't even give it a third star because everytime I've went it's been messy and awkward. This taco bell is also a KFC and you may get chicken instead of tacos for awkward reasons like they both serve a big box so you should be very specific.
