I’ve always enjoyed Swiss Chalet however the past order was disappointing. The French fries were old and you could tell because they were soaked in grease. Some of them you couldn’t even bite into because they were so hard. They chicken was tasty. The green beans were cold and the salad…meh.We had our order delivered and the delivery person went to the wrong street and had the nerve to call us and was quite rude because we weren’t opening the door!
Small portion and not fresh* Instead asking people to fill up the forms just fix the issue I'm not the first one who reported!!!
Worst customer service, waited so long and I was the only person in line, I seen all the staff behind the window leaning and talking. After I placed my order I waited so long for my food, then I get home and they forgot to give me fries with my combo. Never coming back to this location again!

I've tried a few Swiss Chalet locations in the Durham Region and found that this specific location consistently provides great customer service and good food. The staff is attentive and welcoming and my orders have always been served with care.
5 stars to the manager for giving me extra, warm fries even though it was my fault I was an hour late for my pickup order and my fries were cold.
Our mother was craving Swiss Chalet, so we took her out for lunch to have an early Christmas celebration. The Festive Menu had many great choices, including one that takes the usual quarter chicken meal to a new level with cranberry, dressing, and Lindor truffles! Beer and decent wine choices completed the experience as did the "not to busy" setting. The bonus was receiving $10 coupons off for each meal we got on top of everything - wow! Great service by Tammy T polished off a great experience. Enjoy!
I usually get my Swiss Chalet orders from this location and they never disappoint. The staff are always friendly, service is top notch, and the food is good. Today, I picked up my order and the hard working staff working made sure I got my warm meal with a few bonus chocolates because I waited a few minutes, but it was no big deal at all. I appreciate their efforts in making my experience great, for that I say thank you and a special shout out to Malik who was very friendly and proactive with customers. He helped me walk my warm dinner to my car. Thank you Malik and the Swiss Chalet staff for your great work. My family will definitely be ordering from this location again.
The worst orders that I have ever received. Not only was the food horrible. The portions are alot smaller and are not worth what they cost. I don't recommend others to order from them or visit any of their locations.
They still cook expired food and serve it to you
