Ordering with the app can be glitchy especially if you are trying to add and use more than 1 gift card at a time
Bad apple ruins the bunch. Been to this location many times but there is a worker I encountered twice who had the worst attitude and rushed me through my entire order and got the toppings wrong, both times there were no customers behind me. Horrible service, I am hesitant to visit this location because it's a luck of the draw whether you are served by her.
Service is good. Love their Chicken Caesar wraps and Macadamia Nut cookies. Stop at least once a week
Very friendly staff. They helped our kids make their selection on ingredients and made the experience memorable.
Just ordered Uber Eats from here and made both a detailed note and called the restaurant and spoke to a worker to confirm that my special instructions were followed and he was very polite but my sub just arrived and neither of my requests were followed! I will never order from here again, as this is the SECOND time in a row that this has happened. Disappointing.
I like the 3 subs for $24, but some of the staff have bad attitudes and the few times I've ordered online, they got it wrong. I still go back since I can get there and back during a half hour lunch break
The gentleman that works there weekdays at 3am has the worst customer service skills ever, whenever he's working I make a u turn and leave.
I trained to start working there. They expected me to know all the subs in the first day. Not make any mistakes. And be fast in three hours. They haven't paid me yet for the three hours. I would not recommend going to this subway. :)
This place is very racist. I had a family member who worked there and she was the only coloured employee. She was treated horribly and yelled at for things that she was learning during training. She was treated differently then all of the other employees and her head manager was nice but the owners of the actual subway were very racist and for this very reason I decided to stop attending this subway
I love this subway. Specially a staff. They are so welcoming and nice to me. I really recommended this place to everyone.
