Ordered black coffee and was very disappointed as it was leaking cup and spoiled my dress. I had to change the cup when I reached home and by that time it was cold :(
Although this location(Rossland and harwood in Ajax) has a short line up most of the time (drive through) i had a horrible experience with them. I took my dad whom had never been to starbucks (he's a Timmy's guy) for a treat. The lady in the drive through was extremely rude and kept rolling her eyes at my dad (my dad is a super friendly guy) and just made him feel horrible. He tried to make small talk while waiting for his drink and she ignored him and when handing him his drink he accidently took the cup that they serve the drink in and she made him feel like a complete idiot. It really bothered me seeing the interaction. No customer service skills at all. She also gave him a tall with a grande sticker on the cup (clearly they werent paying attention while making the order). He said although the drink was good he will never go back based on the horrible experience. I do not recommend going to this location. There's a reason for the short line ups. I'm sure others have had the same experience.
My partner was in here today for 25 mins waiting for a simple coffee. I was outside & watched dozens of people coming in & out with their orders before him that went in long after him. He asked multiple times if his order was ready & the staff was extremely rude. He waited the 25 mins then asked for his money back, & again they were completely rude & made no move to make his coffee. Never before have we had such horrible service or dealt with such rude staff. I'm completely shocked as we usually frequent Starbucks. Would definitely recommend hiring some new staff at this location. I'd rate 0 stars if I could.
I visit this Starbucks every morning through the drive-thru and I have never had a bad experience. The baristas are so kind and friendly, 5 stars. The drinks always taste consistent as well. Absolutely amazing.
I just find it very expensive. Place was clean, not too busy. Good enough to sit and have a coffee and catch-up with a friend. Not something I could afford on a regular basis.
I frequent this location because of the drive-thru convenience but the staff here are always so kind and accommodating. I recently watched a woman in the drive thru line scream at those working at the window because they didn’t have a particular item she wanted. The staff kept their cool and remained polite and apologetic and did not let it impact the rest of the customers they served after that infuriating woman. I love this location and management should be proud of the group they have here!
By far the worst Starbucks….ever. Every time, I’ve come to this location, I’ve received horrible customer service, the staff are rude & they make it feel as if you’re annoying them while taking down your order. Because of this they’ve also gotten my drink wrong twice! And both times I brought them back, I got no acknowledgment, apology nothing!They’re also understaffed. 10+ min wait for one drink while the two ladies had a nice chat.Will never go back to this location!
My favourite Starbucks location! They always get the order right and the employees are very friendly and energetic. Here are some of my custom drinks.
For the past 3 months every single time I order a Venti Hot Chocolate, I receive a white-ish yellow coloured drink that, to me, tastes awful. The sticker on the side of the car says VT hot chocolate but the liquid inside is something vanilla and coffee flavoured. Typically I never have a problem with Starbucks but this location lately has been making mistakes for each order I place.
Generally the drive thru is very friendly. Recently it has been getting slower so we switched to mobile ordering. We live 5 minutes away so you'd think it would work out, not normally. Countless times we see cars pull up after us and beat us getting there order in the drive thru.However tonight was worse, placed our mobile order, went in to get it and a lady argued we hadn't ordered at the store, while arguing another worker went and looked and found our order in the drive thru line. Lady who argued, had no name tag but looked like a manager had no apology, while the person who went and found our drink atleast apologized. Will just go to taunton location in whitby.
