I used to get my daily coffee from here, unfortunately I will no longer be doing so because they decided it’s more important to push politics rather than serve coffee. (I’m talking about the two giant flags in the window) …McDonald’s across the street is a better alternative. Ps. Nearly all of Starbucks foods such as sandwiches etc are from the freezer!
I visted many starbucks here in Canada and USA.this starbucks has the best customer service that I have ever seen..i feel like I am treated like a king everytime i visted it and I always visit this store to get my stuff and the owner should be happy with his employees. I would like to say thank u and good job for employees and the management.
Staff are SO kind and very quick with orders.
Tuesday april 5th around 3 I went in and ordered my drinks but forgot to say I wanted them iced. I felt sooo bad but the staff truly went above and beyond and their attitudes were amazing. Ruth for sure has amazing customer service and people skills. Unfortunately I can't remember the names of the other staff that shift but they were all super sweet. Thanks again.
If you are looking for a go to Starbucks location this one is it! All the staff is very friendly. Especially Alex with his amazing customer service! Always greeted with a smile and my drink is always made right. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations but this one truly feels like they want to know their customers.
Good coffee, easy order online and drive thru pick up. Service always fantastic, very friendly and quick.
my visit there wasn't great, my matcha latte tasted like straight up milk and the girl who handed me my drinks made a weird, snarky comment about me getting little ice in my drink. on the bright side the girl who took my order was super friendly and professional.
They didnt make my drink as strong as i paid and requested. U will go to weatney heights location next time

This is a really great Starbucks to visit, because it's right inside a chapters bookstore. I also enjoy the fact that some of the staff work at other Starbucks and this location as well they move around a bit keeping it fresh which also means I get a chance to see familiar faces no matter which Starbucks I go to in Durham region. I'm particularly satisfied with Marques's service these past few days. He's quick , polite and knowledgeable.
